Sadly, this is one of those times where the product simply is NOT what it is shown on the box. 1) It is NOT a true "Quicken" product. It is produced by NOLO as "Individual Software" and branded as Quicken presumably for marketing credibility. 2) The install instructions DO NOT WORK as presented. Rather, the user is required to search for the proper ".exe" file.
3) Software navigation is problematic, in that screens appear with little or no options as expected. 4) Finally, Best Buy will not allow return of opened software, even when defects can be clearly be demonstrated. I was offered a choice to "exchange" the software, BUT, WillMaker is the only software on the shelf. Managers have a rehearsed "script" to "Blow-Off" customers with no effort to even consider helping. I gave two stars because Documents produced appear to be legit, if the user can decipher the "instructions".

I like this software. It makes it very easy to do your will. It doesn't matter if you have any easy one or a detailed one it walks you through the process with all of the pertinent questions and it's simple/easy to understand explanations are given for various legal documents.
