Just bought this and tried to load on my computer. The first thing that popped up Isa message saying that this product is no longer supported...it's the 2023 version,but still on sale at Best Buy. I called up Nolo (the manufacturer) who immediately said that this is an "error" because that have started working on the 2025 version but that it will be supported for a while longer. Why would Best Buy sell something that is already outdated. Again this is basically a way for Nolo to upsell customers and get more money out of them.

Couldn't get the program to load up off the disk. No link to download the software in the package. Had to go to the NOLO website and pay for it again.

Software did not include a key for download. Software was not available on the site the instructions said to go. Release of software was done before company validated you could get the software downloaded. You had to open a support ticket to get additional information .

Did my will but unfortunately you still need the lawyer to complete this in my state so it is a worthless product.

I loved this software. It very easy to understand and use. Made doing my will etc. easy. Instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. I like that even though you get a disk, you can download it instead if you want to or don't have a disc drive.
FYI be sure to check that your state accepts will without a lawyer filing it for you.
