I just received my chair and it is a welcome addition to my family, I am truly impressed with the ease of use and it makes your body feel wonderful . I love it

I purchased my Infinity Genesis from a the warehouse starting with a C over 3 years ago paying the full price of what Best Buy is charging regularly. The chair has all of the features offered except some upgrades such as 4D massage and android/ apple app integration. I have absolutely no regrets except that I wish I could have saved over $3200 with this Best Buy deal. This BB deal is freaking amazing. I've had only one issue with the chair which occured within the 1st year and Infinity's customer service was awesome. The chair has been working flawlessly ever since. I truly believe my stress levels have dropped because just knowing you can get a full body massage whenever you want is wonderful thing. I have given myself 3 hour marathon massages many times and the chair just keeps going like the energizer bunny! They have a vast variety of settings so if your into light massages or deep tissue massages this chair has it. If you even want to be rocked to sleep like a grown baby, this chair will accomodate you with that as well. The bluetooth speakers allow you to tune out the world and just be one with your chair. I think everyone who enjoys massages and have the abilty to spoil yourself should take the leap and gift yourself/ family with the neverending massage. You won't regret it!

Aside from the fact that the 3 guys that Geek Squad sent never assembled one of these, they did an ok job. The hardest part was them trying to get it into the bedroom, with a nick here and there. So far so good that I really like the chair.

This chair awesome. I have massages every day without going to doctor and pay extra money.
