This projector comes ready to use and very easy to mount to the ceiling.
Packaged nicely and instructions are on cd. I fine the picture quality to be above my expectations. Best Buy matched the manufacturer website special like they always do. I highly recommend the Best Buy service plan as it includes lamp replacement.

My 7200 failed the week of the Super Bowl. Best Buy had this system on sale for the game. It arrived in three days and was almost a direct replacement for the fixed installation in my pool room.
First with this being my second DLP projector in 10 years, I believe seeing the Rainbow Effect many experts see with DLP single chip systems is tantamount to finding Big Foot. Not I nor any of my guests have ever seen the rainbow in 10 years of DLP projector use.
This system is a light cannon. I can now watch the big game and play pool at the same time which I could never do with my $7000 DLP projector. It's quiet. The system is mounted 83 inches above the floor and the only time I hear it is right after shutdown. I run my sound through an Integra Research amp and am currently connected HDMI, Component, and S video.
I've also read negative things about the video presets. I don't pretend to be a video expert but this video is much better than my 720p projector and you will find one of the presets that will match one of your flat screens in image. I'm projecting 15 feet on to a 110" Vutec Vision screen 1.3 gain white and the image is fantastic.
Are there more expensive systems out there? Of course! Do you need to spend more to get a great home theater projector that can handle 1080p and 3D? Don't think so. Infocus has hit a home run with this system.

I've heard a lot of positive feedback about InFocus's IN72 home theater picture quality, so I decided to give the IN8606HD a shot. This native 1080p projector produces gorgeous colors and is plenty bright (IN72 = 900 lumens/IN8606HD 2500 lumens) while loaded with connectivity. Excellent value.

I'll start by saying it's hard to complain about a bright, 1080p projector that's only $900. You'd be a fool to expect the picture/features of a several-thousand-dollar projector. That said, the picture is very nice, but not as crisp as I had hoped. Also, my PJ has a problem with the optics (?) where the bottom right corner is out of focus while the rest of the image is perfectly in focus. It's only a very small portion of the bottom right corner, but noticeable nonetheless. I know this because the desktop image of the HTPC I have connected to it looks great everywhere except the bottom right corner #time is blurry). Regardless of those minor image issues, I'm very happy with the purchase. The PJ is quiet, plenty bright and exactly what I needed. This is one of only a few lower-priced PJ's that can do a 92" diagonal from 13' away. 110" diagonal is about as small an image as most projectors can do from 13' away....

I have a large room, so 13 foot throw distance and a 72 inch diagonal means a choice of one or two projectors only at budget price point. Therefore SO SO happy when I bought this one and saw the amazing clarity the picture has. I'm not a great fan of 3D, but works great on BluRay and playstation 3D games.
Make sure you see it work before buying as some people are sensitive to "rainbow effect" on DLP projectors like this (a small number of people see rainbows in the picture because the projector is actually showing different colors in sequence, most people won't see it however).
Remote is a bit rubbish but I've got a Harmony remote so don't need it. Also ensure you enable "Eco" mode, it saves lamp life and cuts noise lots (!), projector more than bright enough anyway.
