This is a nice unit with good storage capacity, and it looks very nice. I bought so they would sit to either side of the TV and they both look great and because they hold DVDs front and back, they are only partly full, so I have added space. They were a bit hard to put together, as glue used seemed a bit old, and the instructions took a bit of effort. The directions were quite large but they were easy to read. Only issue was that one of the bearings for the base had been put together backwards, so it wouldn't turn. Once I flipped the one part it worked fine and the unit went together well. I would recommend this to a friend.

Great deal for the price. Easy assembly. Took about an hour (but I was watching a movie so i wasn't really paying attention) Pros: Lots of storage for the price Cheap Looks pretty nice can hold DVDs that come with cardboard sleeves/special edition DVDS/ TV series/etc Cons: Not the sturdiest piece of equipment in the world. I'm not afraid of it tipping over or anything, it just doesn't feel super solid Doesn't turn super well Also, the glue that they send with it is awful. I used my own wood glue and it worked great. I would recommend doing the same. Elmers wood glue is great. And cheap at walmart!

Great Storage Cabinet for books, games and cds. would buy again

I bought this after reading the previous reviews, having figured that the writer of the first review was probably referring to a different product. It took me exactly 1 hour 20 minutes from the moment I opened the packaging to the turn of the final screw. On the basis that if all else fails, read the instructions, it does help to read them through first before embarking on the job as care needs to be taken to ensure all the shelves have their finished surfaces face up. The finished product is neat and meets its storage claim.

After attempting to buy a different DVD storage tower from three different companies online (and finding out weeks after ordering that they do not have the item in stock), I gave up and bought two of these towers at my local Best Buy, after reading the reviews here. The first one took me about an hour to put together, while watching TV. The second one went together much more quickly, only about a half of an hour. Pretty easy to follow the instructions; although the instructions do not mention which side (finished or not) should be facing during each step, but it's not too hard to figure out. Using advise from a previous reviewer, I used Elmer's Wood Glue, instead of the glue that came with the package. Hopefully, that will help the towers stay together better. At first they seemed a little wobbly, but once they had DVDs on the shelves, they were fine. Both spin well. I love the color, matches perfectly with some of my other espresso colored pieces. It holds exactly 136 DVDs, as advertised. One of mine just has DVDs, the other has DVD Seasons; so that tower will hold a lot less, since the packages are larger in width. I would purchase again. Great product!

Overall it's good for the price you pay for it. I wanted something inexpensive but that didn't look or feel completely inexpensive, & something that had a good capacity (we have alot of dvds). This fit the bill. I'd buy it again.

I bought two because I own lots of dvd's. After assembly (which was a breeze) I filled one up immediately and it looks great next to my entertainment set up. It's not just limited to standard size dvd cases - you can use it for any type (ie box sets, video game cases, blue-ray cases, throwback vcr tapes lol, etc). The fact that you can put movies on both sides coupled with the fact that it swivels is great. It's not the sturdiest but for $45 it's sturdy enough (it's not going to topple or fall apart) and it looks very stylish. Would make a great gift for friends and family members who have movies stacked all over the place.

Purchased this stand several months back but just put it together. Has a nice solid design, looks good, and holds a decent amount for its size. The rotating capability is great as well. One of 4 stands I have now to hold anime and games. Think I might actually order a couple more because I like it better than the others I have. Only drawback was that the glue packet was solid as a rock. Went ahead and assembled it without glue and it's holding up fine so far.

When I opened the box and saw 15 parts to assemble, I was a little intimidated but after reading the instructions and noticing every part was alphabetically coded, no screws or dowels were missing, and there were instructions in English also, it was a snap to put together. INIT makes it easy to find what you are looking for because it revolves. I did not say once "Why did I buy this?" Should take you maybe 30 minutes to put together. Took me longer because I was also putting together dinner. So impressed with this product, I am going to purchase another one for my son so his room will look a little more organized.

The tower took about an hour to set up, not five hours like others claimed. It's pretty simple to set up as long as you follow the directions. You might want someone to help you, though, but other than that, it's pretty simple. I would suggest using better glue (i.e. woodmaker's glue) because the glue they gave sucks. I had to use more than just a little to get everything to stick. Of course, that's just me, but who knows? However, the tower works, as I was able to fit every DVD I own in each row. I highly recommend it for anyone who even has just a few DVDs to put it. It's a great product to organize your DVD collection.

This product is great for my age. I just graduated high school, and my movie/music collection is still on the low end: "only about half full". Took me about an hour an a half to do, but im new to building things. 5/5!!!

Easy to assemble (doesn't exactly put itself together but follow the instructions and it will be fine). The appearance is good and functionality superb (looks good and works good)! I will buy another one soon.

My son had to work a bit to get it together, but it was not really too difficult. I could have done it. Was very happy to see that old VHS tapes fit nicely on the shelves, but a little surprised to see that it rotates. That is necessary to really get to all the storage. Really quite attractive and not too tall.

I am 70 yrs old and put this storage cabinet together all by myself. It was not hard at all. Now I do not have to bend down and remove other movies to get to the one I want. This is so great it event swivals. Great buy,

Bought two of these to go with my TV set up, holds DVDs on both sides and spins easily around, VERY stable, EASY to assemble just follow the directions & everything is marker with a removable sticker. It will take less than 20 minutes and definitely not 5 Hours LOL. Looks very sleek and not cheap like other racks, and can hold as much as is stated, unlike a DVD Rack I recently returned from Sears (Ore Media Tower - Cherry) that was absolute junk!

I needed to organize my DVD/bluray collection,i needed something compact but big enough to hold my collection,this fits the bill perfectly for my bedroom i need an other but no biggie.as for putting this togther it was a breeze i don't see how anyone can get it wrong as for it being sturdy well that depends on the person putting it togther,mine is really sturdy.Its worth the price i plain to buy an other one,to bad it doesn't come a bit taller at the store,i am not going to pay for shipping.when there is a best buy within a mile from my house.

Product was very straight forward, it's a shelf that holds dvds and rotates easily. Didnt really need much effort to assemple, just match up the letters on the boards with their respective screws. Purchased 2 of these to line up on each side of my home theater setup. Looks great!

So reading other people's reviews, I was a bit hesitant when purchasing this product. I bought Elmer's Glue-All to replace the glue the product comes with. It took about 20minutes to assemble, and though it isn't the sturdiest of all furniture, it still spins well and I don't need to worry if it would tip over. I have little statues and frames on one side, and movies on the other. So it can look decorative on one side, and storage on the other. Love it. Definitely would recommend.

Was delivered promptly and easy to assemble with the help of a second pair of hands. The rack stores 136 DVDs in a compact space and rotates easily for access.

Absolutely love it! My bluray and xbox 360/PS3 collection was a mess in terms of organization! Much taller than it looks on the pics as well. I ordered this on Saturday, and recieved it today. Less than 2 full business days!! Takes about 40 minutes to build, just make sure the finished sides are always facing up. I would recommend this to family and friends.
