    Recently steered onto this series by a friend. The anime is a bit older so Stage is 1 is in 4:3 format and lower resolution, but that doesn't matter. The series is fantastic, especially if you love cars and a good underdog story. I don't want to provide spoilers, but let's just say at this point I'm very involved in the characters, and watched Stage 2 and Stage 3 in two day. The cars just keep getting cooler.

    Bought and havent opened it yet...i have seen the 2nd season just not 3rd season which is a movie. Love the story and the races. This is a must have

    There's a lot of value here with all of Second Stage, Third Stage, and also includes Extra Stage and Extra Stage 2, which wasn't advertised. My only real complaint is that the DVD was not anamorphic and that Funimation shrinks down the animated credit sequences. All in all, a good release.

    Love the series. I like that they put two seasons on one DVD. Easier to binge watch!
