It is so good. You'll find yourself rooting him on. It is dubbed in English.

A good summary

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Initial D series only had a limited release on Blu-Ray in Japan and the box sets are pretty expensive to find on eBay so this is a good option. A summary is the best way to describe the three disks in this series. The quality of the video is good and the music is retained from the original series.

Shows good animation speed

The 3rd one does a good job of rounding it all out story wise but then leaves it open for them to keep on going. I'd suggest watching this one all of the way through. Blu ray format gives the anime a clean pristine look.
