This is a good fighter for all. The comic storyline is one of the best stories included in fighter's today. It is easy for beginners to pick up yet complicated to master for hardcore gamers. I thouroughly enjoyed the game and my 9 year old son really enjoyed it as well. Some of the supermoves may be a little violent for the younger croud, but this is one of the games that I could enjoy by myself or with my kids 9-13. The ios app which is free works in tandem with your console game and is a nice touch as well.

WHEN I HEARD THEY WERE MAKING ANOTHER DC UNIVERSE FIGHTING GAME, I SAID TO MYSLEF, "HERE WE GO AGAIN...MORE JUNK." BUT WHEN I TRIED THE DEMO, I WAS BLOWN AWAY! IT WAS JUST AS GOOD AS MORTAL KOMBAT BUT WITHOUT THE X-RAY. IT TURNS OUT, THE SAME GUYS WHO MADE MORTAL KOMBAT HELPED MAKE THIS GAME AND THEY PULLED IT OFF BETTER THAN I HAD IMAGINED!! GREAT POWERS, GREAT STORY, NO GLITCHES, AWESOME GRAPHICS. FINALLY INJUSTICE DOES JUSTICE TO THE DC UNIVERSE. IF YOU LIKE FIGHTING GAMES, THIS IS A MUST HAVE!

I wasn't expecting much from this since it's a fighting game tied with comic book characters. I was extremely surprised that it was good. There is actually a story line behind the fighting with well played cut scenes. Usually the story line in a fighting game is about worthless, but this is like a crossover event for the comics. The fighting is actually good too. Accessible for the button mashers, but enough depth for a skilled player to dig in. The online fighting is just icing on the cake.

Developed by Netherrealm Studios (Mortal Kombat 9 and X), this game definitely does the DC license justice. Fluid fighting, great combo system, counters, and a story mode that feels like a movie.

I bought this game mostly because I'm a fan of the DC comics. It plays real well and the tutorial is really nice for beginners. If you played the Mortal Kombat games or love fighting games, this is for you. If you live the DC comics, this is a must have. The story is an interesting one and is nothing that I've ever seen before.

I must admit that when I first began watching trailers and reviews of this game I was not sold. However, as the game neared its release (especially the weekend before) I began to have a gut feeling to purchase the game. I am glad that I did get this game. The same minds behind mortal kombat are behind this game. The gameplay is great. There are multiple game modes to play. Each stage that you play on has interactable objects as well as background destruction that makes each fight feel powerful. The graphics are great. This game also has a sister application for apple products in the app store by the same name and interestingly if you have both games you can unlock items in each version by playing the game on both console and apple product for each other! This game is highly recommended for fans of 2D fighting games and/or fans of DC Universe characters. XBOX GT: LPRO96

This is the game that brings to life all the epic superhero battles you imagined as a kid. Looks, sounds and plays great. Loses points for charging for so many alternate skins.

Other than the difficult, mortal combat-style button-mashing, gameplay is great and the story if fantastic. And I love how it pairs up with the mobile version.

I bought this game new. Being a huge comics and video game fan I had to check this out. I have finished the main story and it was quite something, especially for a fighting game. Played a few rounds with my son and a few classic battles. Game mechanics are good. Some characters are harder than others. Deathstroke seems overpowered. Otherwise very tight gameplay and mechanics. Looking forward to more characters. Catman please.

My nephew and I picked this up one Sunday afternoon and proceeded to play for the next few hours non-stop. The game play is easy to pick up, and it's fun pitting all of these characters against each other. The big knock out scene for each one makes the game totally worth the price alone. Get this, get some friends together, and go to war. Fun fun times.

This is really a great fighting game first because not only are there combo moves to learn but button mashing will only take you so far against a skilled opponent. The scenes are interactive meaning that you can use the things in the environment to cause pain to your opponent. Also, if you like the DC Universe then you will love this game because it integrates stories of many great characters.

This is a very good game. It has our favorite DC Characters meeting up on the screen and kicking butt. It's a lot of fun to play for a few minutes to a few hours. Each character has their own specific traits and gameplay. I am looking forward to the Downloadable Characters. This game just have a lot of fun traits.

Everyone is here from the popular DC Comics. A lot better than the oddly matched Mortal Kombat vs DC game.

At first, I was expecting something closer to Mortal Kombat, but the game I got was deeper and more engaging than I expected. While special moves are in the style of MK -- two directions and an action button -- those are simplified so anybody can mash and have fun. However, when you dig in a bit deeper, you get something that is very satisfying to technical players as well. I was surprised to see blood and swearing in the game -- props to DC for letting the development team do something a bit harder edge with their valuable characters -- and I thought the story was worthy of a large comic-book crossover story, with lots of "what ifs" that fans have been asking themselves for years. Online modes like King of the Hill and Survivor make online matches social events, the way arcades used to be -- a gathering of people who are all playing with and against each other. The lobby system works very well. All in all, it was a better game than I expected, and I was looking forward to it for some time before it came out.
