I love the handle feature as there is no more snatching of the door which always lead to the handle being broken. The LED clock, timer lights up the kitchen at night. Only one month in so hopefully it holds up.

This microwave works great. The child safe opening for the door is perfect with my small grandchildren around. As for the function of the microwave, it heats up meals quickly and evenly. I enjoy the fact that I can follow the cook times on frozen meals and they turn out perfectly. I would definitely purchase this microwave again.

It was an answer to a prayer when my built-in microwave went out. It was easy to set up and use. It did take me a little time to learn to push up on the lever to open the door and to set the clock time. It works very well in the cooking process and in warming up meals.

There is a dedicated spot under the counter for a microwave and I wanted one the same size as the prior model. This one is very, very quiet. I hardly know when it's on. No weird controls, well-priced (who needs a 300 dollar microwave?) and does all the basic needs. Which is mostly heating up something for 2 minutes.

The handle design with the trigger button was easy to get used to and makes opening the microwave easy. I really like that you can turn off the beep sound for the buttons and also the end beeps. It runs pretty quietly too. Very happy with this purchase so far!

You have to get used to the door switch but once you do it's no big deal. Nice size. Fits large Pyrex bowls.

In 2025, a microwave should not be expensive and complicated and this one so far has been great. I love the handle release button since it does not make the microwave slide across the counter when trying to open it. I also like the power at 1000W output! The controls are simple enough (easier than many others I would argue) and the quality feels like many other microwaves including ones 4 times the price.
