Insignia doesn't have the latest drivers, but you can search "PL2303 RS232 Driver" to hopefully find it on Prolific's site.

It worked great. No issues at all. The cable can be purchased on line for a fraction of the price but I could not wait for shipping. Having to pay the higher price is why I gave 4 stars other then that it is 5 stars.
