    I bought this in August 2022, the freezer stopped working properly in January 2024. Buy at your own risk.

    Don't recommend for long term use.

    This was a great little refrigerator until it went out completely one month after the one year warranty expired. If you need this for long term I would not recommend it. It would cost almost as much to repair as the purchase cost. I will never buy another Best Buy product again.

    DO NOT BUY!!! THIS IS TRASH!! I purchased this refrigerator in December 2023 as a second fridge for my garage. It is now July 2024 and it is no longer working. It won't cool and I am furious!! A total rip off!! DO NOT BUY!!!

    Once I got to an actual store the manager was very helpful but your online service sucks and I will never order anything online from Bestbuy again !!!

    The freezer and fridge completely failed shortly after the return window closed (45 days). Lost all of the groceries in the fridge/freezer which was probably close to the cost of the fridge, also made a very large mess. I would go with a different option.

    Had it for about 6 weeks.Using in the garage on an inside wall with temps from 50 to 75 or so. Apparently too wide a range to handle as freezer temps vary from -10 to +20 and fridge from 28 to 45. I continue to try to adjust setting in hope it will settle to reasonable range. If this does not correct soon, I may have to return it.

    Freezer failed after 2 months and Bestbuy said I had to bring it in for service. I don't own a moving truck to bring in a 5' tall refrigerator freezer. I paid for delivery because I had no way to move it. DO NOT BUY.

    This refrigerator only lasted 6 months. And got it replaced and now 6 months later another refrigerator is bad. Insignia or Best Buy won’t stand behind it because we didn’t buy a plan. Never ever buy Insignia again. No good customer service. Two refrigerator have gone bad in a year.

    Freezer stopped working after 6 months and Best Buy said that I have to bring the refrigerator to the store because I don't qualify for an in-home assessment. What a joke. I will not buy another thing at Best Buy.

    We bought this as an extra garage fridge but its awful, the door pops open all the time so we'll come out to the garage to the fridge door open and everything sweating. means its only useful for drinks that won't spoil, can't use it for extra food now, makes it pointless

    If I can put a negative review I would. I only had this product (refrigerator for 4 months and the refrigerator freezer doesn't freeze. Don't buy it. $401.00 gone down the drain. I'm disappointed & angry about it
