The only draw back is that the braid is too stiff. I understand that that is the nature of the braid but I find it to restricting.

She took the time to escort me to the correct item for exchange. I find that shopping at this Best Buy location is certainly worth it as the customer service is the best I’ve encountered since moving to this area. I would highly recommend shopping at this store!
