Charges your phone as promised but you must place your phone directly at the center. The light that indicates your phone is charging is hard to see at your phone may cover it. Does. It work with phone case on.

This wireless charger works really well and I haven’t had any issues with it so far. Unlike my old one that had trouble lining up my device and losing connection this charger is very forgiving with location of where you put your phone down and doesn’t require a lot of thought. The LED is bright enough to let me know when it’s working but doesn’t bother me when I’m sleeping. Also Does a good job of staying cool on my nightstand.

My phone charges much faster than I thought it would on a wireless charger: not as fast as a chord but with a ruined port I didn't have another option right now. For $20 this has held up and charged flawlessly. Simple and small, and keeps up with charging even while my phone is in constant use! I'm very happy with this.

Purchased this not totally sure if it would work For my iPhone. I have an iPhone 8+, and it works flawlessly. Even through the case. It charges pretty quickly. However it won’t charge my AirPods Pro. Wish it would. Other than this I’m pretty happy with it. Especially since I didn’t have to buy an Apple wireless charger.

Easy to use, works great, good price for a wireless charger

I purchased this to see if it would charge my iPhone 11 Pro in its OtterBox Symmetry case with built-in PopSocket grip/stand. Happily it works great, unlike with my previous wireless charger. It was so inconvenient to either remove the case or the swappable disc prior to wireless charging. Now I don’t have to. There are only 2 things to be aware of prior to purchasing this Insignia Qi charger: (1) it will NOT charge Apple AirPods Pro or Apple AirPods in a wireless charging case. This fact was mentioned by other reviewers, so I was not surprised to find this to be true; and (2) the included cable is only 3 feet long, which necessitated my purchase of a 6 foot cable at additional cost. The included cable should be longer than 3 feet. I do not understand why this unit will not charge AirPods, and I would welcome any feedback from Insignia as to why. Otherwise, the charger was an answer to a prayer.

It s a good product specially for your office table. Simple and nice; the blue light indicates the phone is being charged: I like this feature. Compatible with iPhones. Feels a bit expensive since one can easily find the same product of a different company in a low price....(i trust this company too much)

This is my first wireless charger and it does the job. Nice size very sleek looking. Blends in with other black appliances and about the size of a coaster. Recently moved to place inside car via usb. Fairly fast charging as well. I recommend it.

This is a good value - it works perfectly fine and I am glad I did not spend more money on a more expensive model. My phone stopped charging via USB cord and I was not going to buy a new phone. This is a much cheaper alternative that has worked great, and I would buy it again.

Got this last week and put it to use. It came with its own power supply and cord and all you have to do is lay the phone down and it will charge. The iPhone X has a leather case on it and it still charges without removing the case. This sure saves wear and tear on the lightning connector on the phone.

I have a Samsung Galaxy 7 that has been having some issues lately and needed to get a wireless charger asap. When my phone updates, and occasionally when it restarts, it says there's moisture in the charging port and I can't charge it with a cord. I decided to get this charger and splurge the extra $ for rapid charging. I'm honestly not too impressed with the rapid charging, it still takes about four hours to fully charge my phone. I have a popsocket on my case, and the charger will work and charge my phone up about 10%, then stop working until I take the case off my phone. My phone does get warm while charging on the pad, but never too hot. I can charge my galaxy buds using the pad, which is awesome. The only other minor complaint I have is that the cord it comes with isn't USB-c, so I can't use it to charge my tablet, too.

Love this!! Easy to use...just lay your phone on it & voila! CHARGED!! It’s wonderful & works as stated! Worth the money! Win-Win! I have very bad fine motor dexterity & plugging in my iPhone sometimes is difficult due to Rhuematoud Arthritis & just laying my phone down to charge is a lifesaver!!

I was looking for a way to getaway from the normal iPhone Charger. This charging pad is great. All I have to do is place the phone is n the pad and the phone is quickly charged. This is far better than the regular iPhone charger. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking fora new iPhone Charger.

I was a little worried based on the price compared to others, but it works great. I have an Otterbox case, and it charges right through the case and charges quickly. I also use it for the Airpods I bought and it works great for them too. Don't spend extra on an expensive brand, this one works great.

I’m a changed gal now since purchasing this wireless charger. I initially wanted to buy this to see if I would like wireless charging and it was a really good deal when I bought it. It’s been a month since having it and I love it. It works really well and I even got one for my dad.

The first one I bought refused to charge the S8 I have, so I returned it and decided to try another, this one work well out of the box. This is a replacement for the Samsung model which was always quite finicky on where the phone was placed on the pad.

I've tried other chargers like this. This one works great. Does't heat up the battery at all and functions like you would want it too. It works with my iPhone. I would recommend it. Nice to simply lay the phone on it and not mess with a cord. It charges through our protective cases as well.

Very convenient to just lay the phone on the device however inconvenient that I have to take the case off every night and put it back on in the morning as that’s how I charge it. Works as expected and doesn’t take up much room kind of a cool device

Works perfectly with my iPhone 12 Pro Max! Not a fast charger but does the job and at such a great price. I’ve bought 4 of them and placed them throughout the house and done away with lighting cables. I’ve even bought them as gifts for other people!
