The first day I purchased the product after setting up I got a notice for upgrades. To many and little instructions on the device. Could be better programed. The second one I purchased I had to take back twice.

I got this to take care of quick work related tasks and for traveling. It is light and boots very quickly. As long as you only do one thing at a time, it works just fine. If you try to multi task and have multiple windows open, it will really annoyingly slow down.

Closest thing to a surface you can buy. On top of it all its a really great tablet/laptop/computer. All insignia products I've tried have preformed well and I think they'll be added to the trusted brands list.

Not a big fan of the keyboard, even though you can just snap it off , I would rather buy a tablet instead since for the most part I'm constantly touching the screen.

I have greatly enjoyed this tablet so far. I got this for traveling purposes when I did not want to carry full size laptop. Since it is windows it syncs directly to laptop so I do not have to do any thing extra.

It's a great item to use for small computer use, reading books paying bills, but would not recommend for streaming videos or music. Processor is slow.

I use this to project documents from my Desk Top PC that I've put on a flash drive for my Church Council meetings. It's great for my intended use. I've purchased a 64 gig micro SD card to expand it's memory. The only thing lacking is Bluetooth connectivity.

Bought this for my daughter who is in 4th grade. It works perfect for he. She can carry it around like a tablet and if she needs to use it for school work, she can simply attach the keyboard.

What i like about it is size and the touch screen option. I don't like the heavy weight and the difficulty reattaching the screen/tablet to the keyboard.

For the price, it's a good value. The tablet works good and the speed is fast. The only downside is the square at the bottom of the keyboard you use to move your pointer. It tends to jump and skip a little. Other than that, it's a good unit.

Great little tablet for travel/mobile computing. Small, compact and very effective with keyboard and USB ports to use external mouse and/or external memory device if desired.

Overall this is a great product. Although, I was expecting it to work more like a tablet or ipad. It is heavier than most but serves its purpose.

I have tried to watch movies on this via Plex and it died both times within minutes due to power problems. Both times it was plugged in. I got my boyfriend one and it didn't even charge. Luckily I was able to get a replacement and that one seems to work, now. But he hasn't really used it. It's a nice size and fun to use, but the power needs to be addressed.

Bought this for my little sister. It's powerful enough for your basics, i.e. youtube, netflix, etc... you can run art programs such as sai and clip studio paint as well. Don't expect to do any gaming or video editing on this though.

I picked this tablet because I thought it would be perfect for my daughter. I liked the fact she could use it as a tablet as well as a laptop. She really likes the flexibility of this device. It definitely works for her and her needs.

The laptop was a Christmas gift for my 10 yr. old son. He loves the laptop. The perfect size to pack and carry on trips. I recommend the laptop to everybody for light work and fun!

I bought this device for my daughters and they enjoy the technology of the device, especially for kids learning how to use the laptop device, it is so easy to understand and operate.

I liked the big screen but I did not like the touch screen that it had. For the price I prefer the ACER 10.1 tablet feel personally.

Great laptop for the money, much faster than my old one am very happy with the item first touch screen I have had so still working on that and not using the mouse all the time.

Had issues with wi-fi out of the box, but reading some of the comments here I was able to figure out how to fix the issue. Other than then wi-fi issue, the laptop has been fairly decent to me. Overall, good value for the money.
