I needed a freezer to keep in my unheated garage. This one filled the bill with excellent freezing performance and reasonable price. As always, service and support from Best Buy was an added asset.

Excellent product. Delivery was performed without installation, but the few items needed to complete the install were very easy. The unit is currently being used as a freezer and the set-up was also easy. We can now take advantage of any frozen food sales and we finally have room to store our holiday meal turkeys.

The 3 young men that brought our replacement Freezer were very professional and gave us great service. And very knowledgeable of our questions.

I've used one of these before and now have one of my own! Great value for a freezer of this size, and it keeps everything plenty cold. No complaints.

We love our upright freezer. It’s so much easier to organize and access than our chest freezer used to be. Each shelf is designated for a different type of food. The light really improves visibility, and the bottom storage drawer helps organize bags of frozen goodies. Our only complaint is with how hard it is to open the door. But, I guess this helps improve the seal and increase energy efficiency.

The only reason I gave it four stars instead of 5 is because of the cosmetic damage. I was stoked about buying a freezer, but it must’ve gotten damaged during transport. It was originally set to freezer mode (0 degrees Fahrenheit), and I turned it to refrigerator mode (41 degrees Fahrenheit). Settings seem to work great but this is only day 2 of having it. I’m hoping I can work with customer service and they’ll honor it, but I know how limited freezers are right now. P.s. I haven’t installed the door handle for I’m hoping they work with me as far as (possibly) getting a new unit shipped out.

Really like my upright freezer and placed it in the basement. Had a little trouble figuring out which outlet should be used so it would be backed up by my Generac. Had three service calls to figure it out — Two from Best Buy& did not know which outlet to use and also had me use an extension cord and one from Current electric. It’s now in the correct outlet and will be backed up by Generac.

So far we’re very pleased with the Insignia freezer. It works as described; we’re using it as a freezer. It’s larger in the inside than we thought, and we love having the drawer and sections on the door. You literally plug it in, wait half an hour...and your freezer is ready to go. Due to the pandemic, we’ve been stocking up on food and meals, and have made, vacuum-packed, and frozen meals for my daughter and her hubby, who just had a baby. So in addition to our back up stock, there are about 21 dinners stored in the freezer. I froze all the dinners flat, and then stacked them sideways in a file folder holder; worked great!

This is a great little Freezer/Fridge. We had an issue with our main fridge in the house and we bought this to store our Frozen foods. It has plenty of shelf space and is very quiet. We are thinking of buying another to use as a fridge only and replace our KitchenAide garage refrigerator altogether. The only thing I would change is to make the door hinges reversible.

I love it! My other freezer was over 30 years old and still working, but I’m sure on borrowed time. This is spacious and has a light so things don’t get lost in the back. No more defrosting and if needed it can be used as a refrigerator.

Small but mighty. Loving our new freezer. The upright design is definitely the way to go. Shelves are spaced just the right amount to store larger items or stack smaller. The door shelves are deep enough to store and organize loose items. For longevity I freeze almost all my baking items and the bottoms drawer is perfect for that. With the current quarantine situation I’m also storing items for my elderly neighbors so it’s at full capacity yet I can still see and reach everything easily. I couldn’t be happier!

Perfect size! It holds so much, but doesn’t take up a lot of space!

Delivery was prompt and efficient. The freezer is a nice size and will easily hold the TG turkey and the Christmas tamales! And the abundance of cherries for future pies!Given the fluctuating grocery prices the new freezer will pay for itself.

I love my freezer fridge. Used it during Thanksgiving as a fridge and now using it as a freezer. Best Buy had the best prices with the options i was looking for.

This was a easy breezy setup. Love my new Freezer! I had taken a much bigger one and had it returned it for this smaller size but not a great big difference. Still holds everything that i needed it for. The delivery guys was super nice especially the African American guy Jermaine.

Bought this over a year ago. Really happy with it. So spacious. Has an alarm if it isn’t closed all the way. Easy to organize

It is versatile. I can be used as a fridge or as a freezer. I am using it as a garage fridge. Large capacity. Low noise. Easy to setup. Working great.

Just the right size. has a lot of shelves. Was very cold within a couple of hours from plug in. No complaints. Would highly recommend.

I love this freezer! We needed something smaller than the norm because it’s just the two of us. This fits perfectly in the space and is SO much easier to get things out of it than our old chest freezer.

Well, I feel awful. I have a freezer full of spoiled food. This freezer only lasted me since Jan 2022. I didn't consider buying any insurance or anything thinking it would at the least cover us for several years before giving out. Now I suffer the consequences of thinking that something new would last me a good while. Only thing I can suggest is make sure to buy some insurance because obviously buying new stuff does not mean anything.
