Simple design and lots of shelf space. We bought 2 for our garage and are using one as a refrigerator and one as a freezer. Everything in is easy reach and sight and no digging through the chest type freezer (which is why we bought these stand up versions in the first place). They have made our lives easier and less trips to the store as we can store more in each unit. The refrigerator/freezers look nice and make no sound and meet our needs well - we have had them for about 2 months.

I love my new freezer! Delivery was very professional. The freezer is large enough for my needs and I love the fact that you can see everything without having to dig through frozen food to find your meat. I also love the fact that when you close the door it seals it and it displays a lock mode on the digital display, so you know the door is closed. It also has a beeping alarm if the door stays open. I am very happy with my purchase

I love this freezer! We needed something smaller than the norm because it’s just the two of us. This fits perfectly in the space and is SO much easier to get things out of it than our old chest freezer.

Extremely spacious and easy to use. Fits extremely well in the garage. No complaints for our purchase. We actually compared pricing to Home Depot and we got more bang for our buck with this one. Larger and cheaper. I needed it for my milk supply as I was out of my inside freezer space.

I had an initial issue with a broken shelf frame but BestBuy made it right. A little frustrating that I had to have them deliver a new unit rather than send a replacement part and ended up just doing a shelf exchange in my driveway but a great product so far. So much better than a chest freezer and no frosting issues. Plus it doubles as a fridge if needed. Never had issues with any of my insignia products and am optimistic this one will last many years. The freezer has a strong vacuum and requires a lot of effort to open but I view this as a positive as it means it seals well and won’t waste a lot of energy or frost over.

I bought two and now the kitchen fridge/freezer isn’t filled with the more bulky items and we can stock up more when things are on sale. My only wish, though not a big deal, would be to have the door handle/swing reversible.

So far it's working great it looks nice it's very roomy it's one of the best purchases I've ever made I'm so glad I bought it

Very pleased with this purchase. We are presently in an apt. and needed additional freezer storage space. Doesn’t take up a lot of space and suprisingly holds a great deal of food.

Just the right size. has a lot of shelves. Was very cold within a couple of hours from plug in. No complaints. Would highly recommend.

The features of this freezer are exactly what I needed to augment the freezer space we were working with. I love the feature that enables me to convert it to a refrigerator if need be. The size is just what we needed.

Just bought my first stand up freezer and i couldnt be more happy with the product quaility, size, sleekness and price. Best Buy has made this one of the best purchases and easiest deliveries ive ever experienced. Now i need to fill it. Lol

Bought this freezer for inside for extra space, since my fridge freezer is tiny. It’s works wonderfully, it isn’t bulky, and fits tons of food. I’m happy with my purchase!

Got this upright deep freezer and it’s absolutely amazing. The stainless steel looks very sleek. Gets cold very fast. Even has a quick freeze feature that is awesome! 10/10 definitely recommend this brand! Have had zero issues with it. And it comes well packaged from the factory! Has plenty of storage as well.

I love Insignia products, just a great deal for the price. This freezer has glass shelves and an alarm/temp notification on the exterior of the drawer. I also like that it has an inset handle on top of the door as well as a regular handle on the front.

Very happy with my new insignia freezer. Great looking, I like the interior light and the outside door display. Very quite.

I've got 2 of them, love the conversion. These are narrow enough to fit 2 where 1 conventional chest freezer was. We keep lots of beef but can use for beer after 1 is empty. :)

It has done the job for us. We had a small chest freezer, but we had so much food in it, it was hard to find what you wanted. We bought this upright strictly to use as a freezer, although it can be used as a refrigerator. We are pleased with the capacity and layout. Perhaps most importantly, we have had no problems requiring service. It does lean a bit because our floor is not level, so I need to test the adjustability of the unit.

Love it! Went from chest to this and don't regret it. Love the size of the bottom drawer have about 30lbs of chicken in it. The side door slots are grear for ice creams veggies. Love that it can convert to fridge if we ever need it to do that. Door alarm as well

Very nice unit. I think it is a great idea that this fridge freezer can be used either as a refrigerator or a freezer. Easy to put together and level.
