Customer Ratings & Reviews

Excellent product. Delivery was performed without installation, but the few items needed to complete the install were very easy. The unit is currently being used as a freezer and the set-up was also easy. We can now take advantage of any frozen food sales and we finally have room to store our holiday meal turkeys.

Bought this to store a half side of beef, now its currently full of frozen dog food. It has pleanty of space, very light i could have gotten down my bulkhead by myself but with free delivery all i had to do was level it in my basement which took 5 minutes and it was deady to go.

Excellent upright freezer. Spacious shelves and plenty of room in the door as well. Perfect size for any family

I needed a freezer to keep in my unheated garage. This one filled the bill with excellent freezing performance and reasonable price. As always, service and support from Best Buy was an added asset.

This freezer/fridge makes our lives so much easier as disabled veterans who needs to stay home. Plenty of room to store food inside longterm, so we don't have to out in the public as often to buy groceries. Yes, we would purchase again!

Works great as a freezer, only downside is the digital screen on the outside is just to set the temp, it doesn’t give a reading of actual temp inside; had to buy a thermometer. Much larger than I thought it’d be, works well for all my venison, can hold multiple deer

Great digital readout. Very quiet running freezer. Plenty of room for us to stock up on out meats, frozen veggies, etc.

Got this upright deep freezer and it’s absolutely amazing. The stainless steel looks very sleek. Gets cold very fast. Even has a quick freeze feature that is awesome! 10/10 definitely recommend this brand! Have had zero issues with it. And it comes well packaged from the factory! Has plenty of storage as well.

Just the right size. has a lot of shelves. Was very cold within a couple of hours from plug in. No complaints. Would highly recommend.

The freezer works perfect. The freezer has plenty of space.

Great freezer. Perfect size. Great price. No complaints.

Needed more freezer space. This fit the our requirements in every way. Adjustable temps. Glass shelves (not wire). Plenty of room and, if you need more refrigerator space you can lower the temp to you liking and use it as a refrigerator!

Freezer works great and seals well. No complaints!

Very nice unit. I think it is a great idea that this fridge freezer can be used either as a refrigerator or a freezer. Easy to put together and level.

I've been using this freezer in my garage for the last couple months and I highly recommend it! Do not be afraid that it's the "house" brand. It works great! It was delivered without any dings or dents thankfully!

Small but mighty. Loving our new freezer. The upright design is definitely the way to go. Shelves are spaced just the right amount to store larger items or stack smaller. The door shelves are deep enough to store and organize loose items. For longevity I freeze almost all my baking items and the bottoms drawer is perfect for that. With the current quarantine situation I’m also storing items for my elderly neighbors so it’s at full capacity yet I can still see and reach everything easily. I couldn’t be happier!

I chose to set it up as a freezer. It cooled really fast, and has a lot of space. The material is quality and shelves are sturdy. For the price, this product is hard to beat with features like the manual lock and settings on the outside!!

I love my new freezer it’s so spacious and roomy!! And when the door closes it forms a vacuum seal to maintain freshness! I should’ve bought this freezer years ago!

The freezer works great. However there were dents in it and a scratch on the front. Best Buy’s customer service is the WORST!! I will never purchase another appliance there. It would have been better if we had paid a little bit more and not had to deal with them.

Me and family is happy with this purchase. It’s working great and spacious from inside .
