It cooled really fast, and has a lot of space. The material is quality and shelves are sturdy. For the price, this product is hard to beat with features like the manual lock and settings on the outside!!

It’s so much easier to organize and access than our chest freezer used to be. Each shelf is designated for a different type of food. The light really improves visibility, and the bottom storage drawer helps organize bags of frozen goodies. Our only complaint is with how hard it is to open the door. But, I guess this helps improve the seal and increase energy efficiency.

Had a little trouble figuring out which outlet should be used so it would be backed up by my Generac. Had three service calls to figure it out — Two from Best Buy& did not know which outlet to use and also had me use an extension cord and one from Current electric. It’s now in the correct outlet and will be backed up by Generac.

Great convertible freezer

The upright design is definitely the way to go. Shelves are spaced just the right amount to store larger items or stack smaller. The door shelves are deep enough to store and organize loose items. For longevity I freeze almost all my baking items and the bottoms drawer is perfect for that. With the current quarantine situation I’m also storing items for my elderly neighbors so it’s at full capacity yet I can still see and reach everything easily. I couldn’t be happier!

My other freezer was over 30 years old and still working, but I’m sure on borrowed time. This is spacious and has a light so things don’t get lost in the back. No more defrosting and if needed it can be used as a refrigerator.

The freezer is a nice size and will easily hold the TG turkey and the Christmas tamales! And the abundance of cherries for future pies!Given the fluctuating grocery prices the new freezer will pay for itself.

I loved having this in my garage so much as a freezer I decided to buy another one to keep as a fridge until hunting season the same day I took delivery as the first one.

This freezer only lasted me since Jan 2022. I didn't consider buying any insurance or anything thinking it would at the least cover us for several years before giving out. Now I suffer the consequences of thinking that something new would last me a good while. Only thing I can suggest is make sure to buy some insurance because obviously buying new stuff does not mean anything.

Upon closer inspection, I found several problems #1 the plastic cover for the upper door hinge with on and off freezer light switch is cracked so the door won’t touch the switch to turn off the freezer light #2 the corner of one of the door shelves is broken rendering I t useless #3 the plastic water catchment container in the back of the freezer cracked, the water will leak if not replaced. I think the quality of the plastic pieces is not good I have warranty, these three parts should be replaced
