Plenty of room to store food inside longterm, so we don't have to out in the public as often to buy groceries. Yes, we would purchase again!

I've had it for several months, in my garage, and haven't seen a change in my monthly electrical bill. Great Medium-Sized Freezer

The freezer is virtually silent, and I never hear it as it sits next to my home office desk. Lots of space and shelving to separate my frozen foods into categories like vegetables, beef, chicken, and seafood.

It is very functional with storage shelves, bottom drawer and room on the door. I have been able to organize all of my frozen items with room to spare. The unit stays exceptionally cold and has a very strong seal on the door.

From the outside it seems like the reason is the door being misaligned with the body (picture 3). I am not happy with an item doing this when it's brand new, but I decided to accept it for what it is and decided to contact best-buy support to schedule a at-home appointment as this item is still under the 1 year warranty that comes with your purchase. The support agent asked for some information and then told me I was only eligible for a in-store repair. I thought this was weird, but apparently bestbuy online support agents are not able to schedule at-home repair appointments and I had to go to the store to schedule an appointment? I don't understand why this is the case when I had done everything up to this point online. Besides not having the resources to take the freezer to bestbuy (bestbuy delivered this item by a truck and two employees) I do not understand why I can't click a button to schedule an appointment on my order details page. I am still able to use the freezer, and might visit bestbuy at some point to schedule an appointment, but am I happy with this purchase? No, not really.

It cooled really fast, and has a lot of space. The material is quality and shelves are sturdy. For the price, this product is hard to beat with features like the manual lock and settings on the outside!!
