Best buy gave compensation and sent check but the checknwas expired. Transaction was on November, check was dated July. I had to call back to re-issue the check.

Do not purchase - just ruined 16 turkeys

This was the first time this freezer had been used. We now have 8 inches of rotten turkey juices in the bottom of the freezer. Customer support wanted to offer "troubleshooting"...
