I love having extra space for my frozen goods, it is very quiet, the interior light is a nice addition. I'm very happy with this freezer. I highly recommend this product!

Freezer working fine, just the outside had some bent and damages. Best buy gave compensation and sent check but the checknwas expired. Transaction was on November, check was dated July. I had to call back to re-issue the check.

Looooove this freezer best price for its size.. purchased brand new reason for average quality is because i noticed a dent a few days later.

Do not recommend the door handle part broke first week it does keep things cold but hard to open causing door handle to brake and part of door now I use a screw driver to pry open would not purchase again

Unfortunately this product failed and went unnoticed for 2 weeks resulting in 16 rotten turkeys that were to be donated to needy families for thanksgiving. This was the first time this freezer had been used. We now have 8 inches of rotten turkey juices in the bottom of the freezer. Customer support wanted to offer "troubleshooting"...

I bought this because I needed more freezer space than the fridge freezer AND because I needed more counter space. It serves both purposes seamlessly. Delivery: I received the item quicker than anticipated and the guys were good at communicating. Set up was professional. Everything was taped and secured very well almost to the point of annoying. No weird smell. Super quiet. I have to open it or check for green light on outside to know it's working. I bought this in February 2025 it's now July 2025 and it's still super quiet. I also have a mat under it to help protect floor I'm in a 2nd floor apt and seriously ZERO noise. It got cold fast and has stayed that way. Tons of space. I do a lot of bulk meat purchases and honestly I'm getting ready to order a second one because of how well this has worked out for me. It is definitely counter height which is perfect for me. There is a lock feature on it but I don't use it because the seal so by itself works so well. There are times where I'm like who locked this freezer and nobody locked it. The seal is just that tight. This doesn't bother me. It may bother somebody else. If you're in the market for a freezer of this size, this is the one to get and trust me, I searched hundreds of reviews and products and I am so glad that I chose this one.

Great freezer. It is really big, it can hold quite a few pounds of food. Although it's huge, it can fit well inside the house. The inside is beautiful, it has 3 metal baskets and plenty of space for many things. It has good lighting. The temperature is excellent.

Absolutely 100% worth every penny if not more. It is very large but light weight, I have put multiple deer and full cows in there and it has performed fantastic.

Seems good so far. It is Quiet and cold as expected. It holds a lot of frozen food including baskets to hold more food.

Great freezer so far. Roomy. Its got a light which was a big upgrade from my previous one. Reached temperature fast. Comes with a lock which is nifty. Delivery was fast and efficient. I got it when it was $350

This freezer is incredible for the price tag. Extremely deep, and uses all of it's interior space very well. The dial is in an easy spot if you need to modify the temperature. Comes with a couple large baskets and has an optional/easily 'installed' locking mechanism just in case you have any kids that might come by and play with it a little too often! Incredible purchase.

I am by no means an expert, but my initial experience with this freezer over the last few weeks has been good. You don't need to be a hunter to have one of these things... it really helps with meal prep and things like that. If you work long hours and have other obligations, something like this might help you to preserve your food for longer - as well as freeze food that is on sale - so you can save more money. I bought the extended warranty as well for this just for the piece of mind, although supposedly it isn't often worth doing for many products. I would say a typical adult male can probably move this around with some effort. Up or down some stairs might require help though.
