Purchased to replace camper camera that used a cigarette lighter adapter. New truck only had USB, USB-C and 120 V plugins. Worked great.

Needed a replacement AC power source for a legacy / out of production video surveillance camera. This worked like a charm - and best part was they had it in stock at my local store - was able to pick up and solve our issue same day.

works on so many of our phones, etc, it is a great buy. If you are tired of having to pull out different plug ins all the time, this is what you need. all in one and has become so valuable. the customer service rep was so nice in helping us find just what we wanted and needed.

When my wifi router's original A/C adapter failed, which in turned caused all heck to break out in the house, the whole family was going to revolt! All I knew to do was to run to Best Buy for something, not knowing what to buy. This product was the answer. Thankful to find a power supply with in the hour of the problem, I returned home to what looked like a scene from Lord of the Flies, I placed the correct end plug fitting in the router and all was well. Thus forever being known to the family as the day the wifi died, and I was able to save the family from wifi disparity. TL;DR: it works very compatible with a range of products. Will save family.

It's a good power supply although I don't use it anymore since I couldn't find a plug to fit my laptop' I had to buy another power supply that fits it. But the price is reasonable.

This was a good purchase. It is good quality and has adjustable voltages and wide variety of interchangeable connection tips which makes it adaptable for most low voltage, small load applications.

I thought I needed a new router but when I took it in to the Geeks they checked the router out and all it needed was a new power supply. The new power supply works great. It can be used for several different voltages with the adapters that are supplied. So far so good. It works great.

I want to preface this review by saying that I did purchase this as an open-box item that was heavily discounted. This does what it is supposed to do. It just works. It heats up a little but it has worked for months without fail. I used it to power my family’s Internet Modem/Router when our family dog destroyed the original that came with the unit. The settings are easy to adjust and the unit works well.

The speakers for my desktop stopped working unexpectedly. I did not know if the problem was with the speakers, or the power supply. I could not find the original equipment AC adapter, so I purchased this universal adapter. It was easy to switch out, works great, and I did not have to buy a new speaker system!!

Useful for powering many types of devices. Happy we bought.

We purchased this cord to replace a lost one for a projector of the same brand. We thought it would be great to have as a back up cord for other electronic items since it has all these adapters, but it didn’t work. When we plugged it in to the projector it would charge for a little while and then stop. Even when we adjust the voltage it doesn’t work. We’re taking it back and trying a different one. It just may not be what we are looking for, although we thought it was from the description.

Good product, and fair quality for the price. Didn't work for my application, though not to the fault of the manufacturer.

Love this multi-voltage AC Adapter to charge several of my products. All in one with 7 common tips for different compatibility devices. Now I have the ease and comfort of using one charging adapter instead of 7 different one. Definitely has decluttered my life.
