This cable keeps my Quest 3 charged with continuous use throughout the day. No extra batteries needed for the headset as I use it tethered most of the time. The cable is flexible, and long enough to reach across my 15 ft living room to my easy chair. It has a quality feel to it and I expect it will last as long as the oem cable from meta.

Great if you want high speeds.

If you don't need or aren't interested in having better speed and fps, you can buy an app on the Oculus for $20 that will cast it wirelessly from your pc. Just at a slightly slower rate for some games.

But beware if you plan to use for a phone both rubber ends and too large to fit most phone cases. Mine for example is a iPhone 15 with quad lock case, fairly slim case but still a no go.

It is still expensive for a usb cable but it’s also a fiber optic usb cable so it’s about in line with other fiber optic options. I regularly get over 2 Gbps connections with my Oculus quest 2 so it’s more than good enough to play my steam vr library.

The cable also bends very awkwardly sometimes. It does meet the requirements for quest link if you're worried about that

I have a huge computer table and many wires don't reach to my camera that I wanted to place on a certain angle. This wire gave me the room to freely move my camera wherever I wanted. Helped a lot when playing VR because since the cord is long, I don't have to worry about being close to anything that could hurt me.

They’re long so they don’t get in the way if you use Velcro straps for the headset. I sat on it the other day and completely busted the connector but if it wasn’t for that I’m sure it had a couple more years of life left in them. Only downside is how expensive they are for something that you can easily break with the wrong move
