Good fridge for the money. Fridge was one inch taller then listed. Made it fit. Item contained a scratch/dent and a green mark on the corner. 2 hours away from the closest store, so we lived with it.

Ordered product March 2021, the seal on the freezer is faulty. When the refrigerator door is closed the freezer door pops open. It’s terrible, if we go into the refrigerator we have to shut make sure we shut both doors or else the freezer door is left open and the food starts to defrost. This was not a good buy for my family!

I like the size and it’s a good price but after reverse the door, freezer door cannot close properly, even the rubber didn’t get attach. Some rubbers are dirty, I don’t know if it’s from installer from Best Buy the way they touch and handle the installation. Only good for garage. I attached the pictures after I clean the inside

It arrived with a major dent in the bottom refrigerator door.

I purchased this for my family in May here is 3 months later the fridge is not getting cold in my freezer is currently unthawing my food. Not a happy customer. I’m so glad I always buy warranty but gosh trash in three months.

This was delivered 2 days ago. currently leaking refrigerator oil all over my floor. Going into the store today for major complaint.

Came in today and has been running for 6 hrs, and still hasn't gotten cool. Keep looking dont let the price draw u in

They was suppose to being another refrigerator or send new drawers for the inside had heard anything from them

I was worried about buying such an inexpensive fridge. I needed something affordable to replace a 22 year old fridge. I was worried about this particular fridge because of the negative reviews where the fridge arrived damaged or not cooling correctly. My fridge arrived in perfect condition. The delivery people installed the doors for me and the fridge is working perfect and is just the right size for my small house. I'm glad I picked out this fridge. I did get the 3 year extended warranty just to be on the safe side.

We've had this refrigerator for six weeks now with not a single problem. As others have stated, the freezer door sometimes pops open if we slam the fridge door shut, so we just don't slam it shut. But no problems whatsoever with cooling, freezing, everything it is supposed to do. It is smaller than our previous fridge but it holds a surprising amount of items. The only meh thing is that the shelves are not adjustable but we made things work. We especially like the separate doors with moisture control, too!

This Insignia frig is a good basic refrigerator. It's not very large but it's size was dictated by the space we had in our condo kitchen to replace a much older frig (that we moved into the garage). Very reasonably priced...could have hooked it up to water supply for ice for an extra $100...but there are these things called "ice trays" (for a buck or so apiece) that seem to work pretty good! I hadn't heard of the Insignia brand, but it has good reviews and we have a 5 year warranty thru Best Buy/Geek Squad which we can renew. Our only gripe was the wire (not glass) shelving which tended to cause water bottles (and similar) to fall over. A couple of clear plastic mats (thanks, Dollar Tree) on top of the wire shelving took care of that. All in all, so far -- a very good frig at a very good price !

We were in the middle of moving and decided to get an affordable fridge to have at the new home in the meantime while transporting the other appliances in a couple of months. This fridge is basic and completely functional. It was initially at the kitchen but now that we have everything, it's located at the laundry room. Very easy to plug and use, and has everything you may want on a basic fridge. The freezer works as intended and the multiple compartments do a good job at keep everything in place within its right cool temperature. We still use it to store certain items and for drinks but it can keep anything you want with the multiple sections. It fits everywhere and can be a really nice affordable fridge for an appartment. No loud noises, it did have a small dent but it's something cosmetical which does not take away any points as it's fully functional

So far so good. Purchased as a replacement garage fridge in summer and its going strong. Replaced a 27 Year old Kenmore refrigerator (which was still functional) so we will see if it lasts as long. Caveats are the wire shelves (they charge a premium for glass shelves which you can't buy separately) which i might have to line with shelf liner to make them more useful and the freezer feels smaller vs other 18.1cu ft models I have had. Door shelves are not all adjustable but as this is a base model i don't expect fanciness.

We wanted a second fridge for our basement, so we didn’t need anything fancy, just a fridge and this fits the bill. We were hesitant to buy an Insignia refrigerator without being able to see one in the store first, but this was such a good deal and wasn’t going to be our primary refrigerator so we took the risk. I’m so glad we did, as this is just as good as any of the more expensive similar models I have seen, so spending the extra money would’ve been a waste. There aren’t really a lot of clever features to brag about here since this is a very basic model, but if that’s what you are looking for (as we were), you will be very satisfied with this one. It does it’s job quietly and it isn’t ugly.

I like this fridge a lot compared to my old one. Way more space and shelving inside. It seems to work as expected but from time to time I hear a weird hissing type noise coming from it. Not sure what it is though. Hopefully it continues to do it's job and I'll be able to ignore the weird sound.

Overall the refrigerator is exactly as described and works as it should very roomy. It does get a little noisy at times almost sounds like a weed eater being used from a far distance, glad it’s a garage fridge. It also took about 2 weeks for delivery and when they took off the protective outer layer of cardboard it had a dent in the front about 5” long. Best Buy did make it up to me and took $100.00 off the purchase price and gave me an additional $25.00 gift certificate for the delay in shipping. Overall it does what I bought it to do and happy Best Buy took care of all the problems in a more than reasonable way, would recommend the store to all and will be buying from them again in the near future.

Noisy but a good product. Spacious, functional. I don't use the ice-maker function so can't speak to that.

This fridge is an additional one we have in the garage. Very spacious both in the freezer and fridge compartments. Installed in a snap, the delivery guys were efficient and setup was a breeze. Plugged in and left it overnight. Next day it was cold and we filled it. I heard some noises the first night. Sounded like a wounded animal. I panicked thinking I had some dying pigeon or squirrel in my attic. Then I noticed it was coming from the fridge. Then I panicked thinking I was freezing some animal in the freezer portion. Found nothing. The freezer makes this noise or at least it sounds like it's coming from the freezer. May just be coming from a component near the freezer. This is in my garage so it doesn't disturb us in the least. If it was in my actual living quarters I would return it. Decent fridge with a decent price, but the noise isn't comforting and it doesn't sound right. Sounds like it may lead to failure but so far so good. All the reviews on weird noises coming from this fridge are spot on. Will report back if the noise actually leads to an issue. In the garage this fridge is fine, for any other area in the house buy with caution.

Its great for the price!! Bigger than i thought it was going to be. Delivered as promised.
