Disappointing

A qualifying phrase identifies the "average" rating: when it's plugged in. I have discovered that the device connection needs to be checked every time I get in the car. Recently I went to a store where I had to do considerable looking as well as scanning. About half way through my shopping excursion, my phone was at 20% power. When I got back to the car, I checked the connection. It had come loose. The charger is disappointing.
