I replaced an older, larger set of speakers. My new Insignia - 2.1 Speaker System, has a small space requirement for the two satellite speakers on my desk, with the subwoofer sitting below. The sound is great.

The sound is very clear and tge bass is fantastic.

I'm not a tech expert but in my opinion the sound works well and set up was a breeze. I can now listen to music and watch youtube videos on my desktop. I think it's a good value for a good price.

We got this set of speakers a couple weeks ago and it works great! the sound and bass this little set makes is incredible...we love and recommend.

I am very pleased so far with the speakers. I went from having little tiny speakers that I have had for about 15 or more years to these. What a difference! Good little speakers for the money!

The sound is decent for the price. Won't blow you away but it's good for a computer or to connect to your mp3 player. I have had this for about a month or so and the other day it started to crackle a little, but I haven't heard it since. My biggest complaint is the power/volume knob. It's a smaller knob than other speakers I have owned and I have larger hands, which wouldn't be an issue if the knob turned easily. Unfortunately I have to use two hands to turn it on and adjust the volume, one to hold the speaker and the other to turn the knob. Very poor design.

The subwoofer really does enhance the sound quality compared to a simple two-speaker system. Its nice to have a bass adjustment - however, I keep the bass set on max most of the time. Don't expect the bass to rattle your rib cage, but these speakers will do well for general music and voice purposes on a PC.

My wife loves music but her laptop speakers just weren't doing the job. So I purchased this as a gift, hooked it up to her laptop (desk that she works from is in the center of the house, and boom, we have music! There is a lot of sound from these little speakers and they are often on sale. :-)

This is a FANTASTIC set of speakers! That sub-woofer adds such a rich layer of sound that you don't get out of just the two regular ones. I wasn't sure what I was getting for the low price, but when I plugged it in, I was so very pleased! They sounded just as good as the high-dollar speakers. Their decibel range is excellent and the tone is crisp and clear. I would recommend these to everyone and would buy them again if I needed to!

The sound quality is good especially when you consider the price. I think this is a good mid level quality speaker system. I have heard other equally priced speakers, and I find the insignia speakers to be a little bit crisper.

If you are looking for an inexpensive computer speaker with a little bit of base, this is fine. The sound is nothing to write home about but is acceptable for a desk environment.

I am pleased with the quality of sound that comes from the speakers. Easy to set up, small in size, and large in quality of sound. Very please with this product.

I got these on sale. I just needed something to get audio from my PC. I didn't need anything high end. These fit the bill nicely. They have a little sub that doesn't do much, but adjustable bass on volume on the main speakers. I am happy with the purchase.

I have used the speakers a lot since I bought them. They perform well and I like being able to set them up so I almost have surround sound on my computer.

Nothing too crazy, but there is a good sound upgrade with these. Bass is actually pretty strong. I recommend for something cheap, great for the garage.

I needed some small speakers to connect to a Jensen turntable that has built in (but poor) speakers, a tuner, and a USB port. Most importantly the speakers wires had to plug in vs. just clipping exposed wire. This unit works fine and produces good sound.
