If I could give it more stars, I would! Very quiet and cooks evenly. Many features I really like. Hope it lasts me a LONG time!

This is absolutely the best microwave I've ever owned or used. We've owned Samsung, GE and Sharp in the past. This one and faster, quieter and way more even in it's heating. It can defrost without cooking the outside. It can heat breakfast sandwiches without making the croissant hard/rubbery. It can soften butter without melting it. I'm amazed.

The microwave works great, and fits our space perfectly. The only downside is the way the door latch works. You have to push up on the latch before it opens. But all new microwave ovens seem to have some locking method, so this one is easy enough to use. The price is great!

I really love this microwave! It's functional, heats up fast, super QUIET... and the size is amazing.

this my first large microwave oven, last one was .09cu.ft. good thing i chose this insignia 2.2 cu. ft. over other brands thats more expensive. well the insignia 2.2 has more power it heats my tv dinner in half the time than my old small microwave oven. the best thing about this insignia is its very silent. im happy with my insignia, very well made...

We purchased this microwave to replace a GE microwave that was part of a wall oven combo. Would have cost us $2700 to replace with a similar product. Our oven still worked, so decided to purchase this Insignia unit as a replacement for our dead microwave. The Insignia is larger and much quieter than our much more expensive unit. It has many more features. We would absolutely buy this again. Extremely pleased!!!

It’s so big! Didn’t realize just how big til I saw it on my doorstep. My old microwave could fit inside it. It’s also very quiet. I had to go up to it to make sure it was actually running because I couldn’t hear anything. And I love that the beeping stops as soon as you open the door.

We recently purchased this Insignia 2.2 Cu. Ft. countertop Microwave for our cabin after my LG died right before Thanksgiving. I always shop by reviews and when this Insignia Microwave had top reviews and the price was so reasonable, I decided I would give it a try. HANDS DOWN, this microwave beats my LG by a mile!!! The features are well thought out like; soften butter, melt chocolate, reheat dinner plate, etc. Simple and frequently used options that every household swears by each and every day. Many of these features were not offered on my LG (A brand I have sworn by for years). Additionally, it is much, much quieter than my LG too!!! My LG was only 2 yrs old when it decided to kick the bucker. This is the second product made by Insignia that I have purchased. The first was a TV for our game room, also GREAT and replaced our Samsung TV that died just after it was 3 yrs. old. The Insignia TV is going on 6 yrs with NO change in performance. The next time I need a new, small appliance, Insignia will get a first look for here on out. If you're looking for a nice looking, quality microwave ......don't hesitate to grab this one!

Love Insignia microwave its quieter then any microwave I've have and heats more evenly then any other and works great. Thanks Best Buy for this great microwave with the Inverter Technology!

Replacing another microwave at the same size, I was impressed that the interior was larger than my previous model. I am happy with all the buttons also. Not as happy that you have to lift up on the button in the handle to open the door because my elderly parents have a hard time with it. But that does not make my review less than a 5 star.

so quiet and powerful. Huge inside space without overlarge exterior. Like the pre-programmed buttons. Especially like power is really reduced! 50% means it's running 50% (not 100% half the time!)

It's a pretty nice machine. It is one of the bigger ones on the market and the pricing wasn't too bad. It does get things a lot hotter than others - my son who is used to the "old" microwave - unfortunately burnt popcorn as the first thing to do on the list. Thankfully it didn't hold on to the smell as long as the old one so I'm pretty happy with this purchase.

Nice microwave. Seems to work well so far. Very quiet compared to our last one and there is plenty of space for oddly sized dishes. Still working out how to best defrost meat, but I think it's just a learning curve on my part.

Read reviews before buying and have not been disappointed. Even, quiet cooking, large capacity, excellent area for large containers.

Much larger than I anticipated, takes up most of the counter depth. Turntable accommodates two standard size plates at a time. Even defrost is pretty powerful. Nice and quiet. (Note: I haven't had it for very long.)

I bought this for my daughter and son in law they have 4 kids. They love it it has a large capacity which is great for their family. It's very easy to use and has a variety of functions

This microwave is large and powerful enough to handle any of your cooking dishes. It pops our popcorn so well, almost every kernel. So happy with this purchase and it is very affordable too!

Great build quality, childproof handle, quiet operation and heats up food no problem. Not much more to ask for from a microwave.

Very nice, very quiet. Works well. The secondary latch on the handle is a great idea if you have young children.

It cooks great. Very compact for the oven size. My only complaint is it holds on to the odor of whatever you cook. I have to leave the door open with a bowl of baking soda inside for at least an hour to get rid of the smell.
