We have had 3 Panasonic 2.2 cu ft microwaves over the years which we have loved. When the current one died there were none available at this time, and we needed quickly so settled on this one. Built in so needed same size. The Insignia is about 1/2" wider but we could accommodate that. So far love the oven works very well and is incredibly quiet. Two minor objections: 1. turn table only turns 3/4 turn every 10 seconds most turn one revolution. 2. When using reduced power does not display the power output. Otherwise very pleased and would buy again.

Our previous Microwave went out all of a sudden which we probably had for 10 years with no problems. I shopped for a new one and came accross this one at Best on sale and decided to purchase it. We love it so far, it is quiet and fit's right in with my other appliances. The delivery was awesome expected it on Sunday, but it was delivered on Saturday. You can't beat that service!

Fantastic microwave without the big name price

I’ve been really impressed with this microwave so far. I was a little nervous as first since it’s not one of the “big names” for microwaves but I was definitely wrong to be. It is so much quieter and more efficient than any microwaves I’ve had in the past. Can’t say enough good things about it so far.

Disappointing microwave and customer service depar

I ordered it online on January 3rd. Said delivery on January 7th. January 9th called customer service and they said it was lost and i needed to reorder. January 13th finally arrived. Set it up and it was defective. Light didnt work, turntable didn't move, and motor never started. Only thing that worked was clock. So much for geek squad saying works as new. Had to drive it 52 miles to store to find out they dont look at it they send it away. Now im stuck paying $32 more for another microwave and i have to run 60 plus miles to get it. So much for customer service help. Im so disappointed and with all the extra running in out much more than $32. This is a true and honest review of my experience.

Replaced a Kitchen Aid

Our Kitchen Aid 2.2 microwave quit after 6 years, so looking for a reasonably priced replacement, I found this at Best Buy. Bought it online, picked it up at the store a couple of hours later, installed it that evening and it is MUCH BETTER that the Kitchen Aid. This unit is SO quiet. Well worth the price! And another thing I found out is the trim kits for 2.2 cu ft microwaves fits all 2.2 cu ft microwaves, so I was able to reuse the trim kit and all is well!!
