So far so good, I wanted to replace my dishwasher with a washine machine, took a long time doing my research and not dissapointed I went with this option. It was the perfect fit, just what I needed, not to noisy and fits a good amount of clothes and the fact that is efficient is a bonus!

Had this washer for 1 1/2 years now and no problems so far. Can a wash a good size amount of clothes and does a good job at getting clothes clean. You just have to clean the rubber seal around the door every few months or you can get a few drops of water leaking from the door, but this is expected with any front load washer. Is a good washer for the price. Is compact for small spaces, which makes it an ideal choice for us!

Cheap and disappointing product! 1-1/2 years out of it and the inferior PLASTIC tub blew a hole 1-1/2x 3/4 wide in the bottom. Plus there is always a dirty water smell when you turn it on. I am very disappointed in Insignia and Best Buy and will never buy another Insignia product. The cost to repair is at least $300.

    Biggest, most convenient RV washer

It was an open box "good" purchase. It looked like someone struggled to fit it in a tight spot and couldn't. Barely any scratches. No manual, no box, but it came with a warranty as new. We were barely able to fit it into our RV. It took a half of a day to take out the old one, clean, then squeeze this in and re-install the doors & handles & things we removed to fit it. It is way bigger than our old 1.92cft unit by Splendide. We are at 2.6cft now I believe. It's a game changer for us. The appliance works better than our old unit for us. It's way more convenient to have a timer we can watch. All the functions work well and we have no regrets. This is the best case scenario for a washer. We want to upgrade to a bigger dryer that matches this unit. Apparently, they are either ventlesss or 240v units which I can not use in my RV. So I am looking because on the title it says one thing and in the specs it says another. I may not be able to find a matching dryer for this that is large in size. That is a big draw back for me. Besides that no complaints at all. Our 88 mile trip to get this unit at a big discount, was worth it. Thanks Best Buy!

Works well. Fits a lot more than I thought it would. Only complaint is every once in a while something gets caught when I close the door and it will leak a bit. So just be diligent in making sure nothing thin is caught at the edge of the door

I've been using this washer now for about a month & I really like it. I'd never heard of this brand but I needed a washer to fit in my space & it was a good price. The last 2 washers I've owned were Maytag & can honestly say I like this new washer MUCH Better. It does a fine job washing but what I really like is that it has a dedicated spin only cycle. The Maytag you had to do this & that to get it to spin only. Plus both my Maytag washers seals got slimy & moldy really quickly. This washer so far has not, but it's only been a month or so. But no slime or anything so far. The run & spin cycles are really quite, which is important because I have it in my kitchen. Side note: The installer was very respectful & helpful with explaining everything, after he tested the unit to make sure it worked properly. Overall a great experience. At first I was disappointed that the unit was not available on the date promised but they took care of that too.

This compact, apartment sized machine was purchased for a rental apartment after careful research. It was relatively a very good price. It may be too soon to review, since it has only been about 3 months since it was installed but so far no complaints from the tenants; so, so far so good.

Havnit been able to use all thr different settings yet but what we have tried works great. Very quiet. So far so good. Only thing is (not machines fault) it is a bit to small for sone items. I was limited by size tight area.

Have owned it a few months. Sometimes I get an Error Message and it won’t start…..on certain cycles. The Error Message requires calling for service. However, I discovered by unplugging it and/or tripping the main circuit breaker, the Error Message disappears. Note this washer uses 120 w. Matching dryer is 220 w.

Purchased this washer along with a stackable ventless dryer for a rental property that had no outdoor vent. Have only had them for about a month, but so far very impressed with the performance of both. Both the washer and dryer work very well and look more expensive than they are. Great value.

Perfect compact washer! Actually holds more than I expected and has so many cycles to choose from. Just exactly what I needed. I feel like the stacking kit was an afterthought though. It works, but not the best design, and the instructions are not super clear! But the unit is perfect!
