Happened very quickly, as in within the first couple days.

Purchased the screen protector and 3 weeks later, dropped my phone and the iphone glass and the tempered glass broke. There is no such “warranty “ as the description stated. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service to figure out more about the warranty, no help. Went to Geek Squad Chat Help, they said the repair would be free and made my appointment. Day of my appointment, got a call from Geek Squad saying Best Buy doesn’t cover the cost of the glass nor are they authorized by Apple to do the repair. Clearly they don’t stand behind their branded products. I’ve lost time and money— all bundled up with a lot of frustration.

I have seen damaged glass protectors in the past that peel off with no damage. When the time came, the cracks on my screen were the same as the ones on the “protective screen”.
