I've been using it for awhile now to connect my DVD drive to my motherboard and it works perfectly. I have a supertower case and there is still plenty of cable left so length is not a problem at all.

After installing a new video card I needed a longer SATA cord to connect my second hard drive. This one did the trick. It's plenty long enough, and fit nicely in the case. The price was competitive as well.

The cord does its job, and it's long enough to work in larger cases. I would have preferred if my local BB stocked black cords, however, since the blue clashes with my components' color scheme.

I bought a new Alienware desktop and needed to install two 1GB laptop drives for added storage. These cables were just the right length and installed without a problem.

It's a SATA cable. It does its job. Depending on the size of the power connectors from your PSU and the layout of the SATA ports on your motherboard, the connectors can get in the way of some things. The right angle end won't fit on my drive alongside the power connector, and with some motherboard layouts, using the right angle end to connect to the motherboard will block some of the SATA ports. Fortunately, I've only ever needed the one port and one cable, so it hasn't been a problem. Just be prepared in advanced by taking a good look at your PSU connections and motherboard.

Used this for Samsung SSD install on Dell 8700. Fit connections firmly, and had enough length to reach MoBo ports, but not so long as to create clutter.

The cable was procured to connect an internal hard drive to a family member's computer. The cable is sturdy and the right angle connector provides ease of use and installation.

Hard drive works, so this cable does too. For some drives the 90 degree head was a little wide and hard to make it fit.

It's a good product had no.issues with it at all.. The issue was with the employee''s attitude.. I asked if they had any Hard drive cables, what he asks.. I said a SATA cable for hard drives, he looks at the will.im.looking at and says nope, If we had it, it would be here.. BTW most drives come with a cable he says.. I looked at him and said no they dont... and walked away, as I was walking I went near the hard drives being sold and finally I see a cable there.. grab it and look over and tell the guy they are right here, I got it.. he looks confused

Not a lot to say about a cable: it fit properly at both ends, and was long enough to reach from the controller to the drive. Electrically fine, so far.

Purchase this cable to install an additional hard drive on my desktop. Installation was easy. Cable insulation seemed of good quality.

I love that one end of the cable is right angle. It made it easy to connect components in my case.

Needed at least 2' SATA cable. looks well made and the 90 really help keep things look clean

Needed a replacement cable this one does the trick. Nice that my store had them in stock and my computer is running smoothly.

Perfect fit, it works like it should, and I am very glad I ordered it. My new drive did not come with a cable, it worked out great.

This was the only available cable at Best Buy store, and works perfectly fine, but does NOT fit. I had to file down the side of the connector to fit on my SSD and the HDD to be able to connect the power. I would consider this a major design flaw which is why the 3 stars, but otherwise good price and length(wish it was shorter, but too long is better than too short I guess).

I ordered this for my new Hard Drive and it was perfect. If you are cloning to a new HD you will need this to hook it up.
