This fridge worked well at first but did not last. The temperature fluctuated quite dramatically. The freezer would stay cold enough to keep things frozen, but the refrigerator would jump between 28 and 64 degrees. It was nice having a water and ice dispenser, but the water dispenser's flow was incredibly slow. Another downside was that the shelves were not adjustable. After the fridge temperature remained at a stagnant 64 degrees, I tried to get a Geek Squad Warranty fulfillment. I was told many different and incorrect things that led me to go straight to the manager to start a junkout. It's out of their hands for the time being since the warranty is through AIG and not Best Buy, but it is taking forever to get anything done. I guess it's my fault for purchasing it instead of a more trusted brand, but this is still unacceptable.
