Great nice sized fridge, fitting everything in here is very easy and there is also a built in water dispenser

This refrigerator was less expensive than counter depth refrigerators from better known brands and seems to be less sturdy than the fifteen year old GE Profile that it replaced when that one quit working during a heat wave. We needed a new refrigerator fast and this Insignia was the only one we were able to get within three days at that time. It does keep the food cold but it lacks handles, also, the right side crisper drawer cannot be opened unless both of the refrigerator doors are open. A few days after we purchased this refrigerator the price was reduced by $100.

Very good refrigerator for the price. We bought it to replace an older one killed by lightning. The inside seems massive compared to our old side-by-side. The freezer is bigger than I thought too. Only thing I don't like is the ice maker doesn't seem to shut off automatically. Otherwise it was a very good purchase.

This isn’t the fridge we originally were on the market for but with so many factories shutting down amidst the COVID-19 outbreak, almost every inexpensive fridge we wanted was out of stock. So far, we like it. No problems at all. It’s pretty spacious and very sleek design. A little bit on the pricier end for a brand like this.

Refrigerator does not cool. Set at 37 degrees but doesn't get below 52. I've had to throw away all my food that was in there. I'm waiting on a technician to come look but I'd just as soon send it back. I had 4 personal emergencies happen with in three weeks so i didn't even realize it wasn't getting cold enough for two weeks. Then when I called, explained to customer service the problem, and he scheduled a reinstall, rather than a technician. Thank goodness for the insightfullness of the reinstall guy to call and really fjnd out what the problem was and get us scheduled for repair rather than reinstall.

Our 7 year old name brand refrigerator died for a second time while we were traveling. Neighbors checking on the house alerted us to the foul smell. We ordered from Best Buy after a neighbor measured the opening for a new frig. Online, we scheduled delivery (and haul away of the old one) on the day after after return flight. Delivery was perfect == and they wore masks. We are so happy with the configuration of this French door counter depth refrigerator. It is so easy to see what is inside, and it seems to hole more. There is a cold water spout inside and an ice-maker. Everything I wanted.

It’s a love hate relationship. I love the interior water dispenser in the icemaker in the freezer. I thought I would love having no handles, but that just means everybody uses the frame of the door to shut it and this means fingerprints all the time!

So far, I'm loving this fridge! We weren't sure how we would like having the water dispenser inside the refrigerator, but it is wonderful. Doing this saves a ton of space, so the "Counter Depth" is truly counter depth. Temperature control is easy and accurate, design and layout of the fridge is fabulous. We love having the ice, made and waiting in the bucket. The overall look of our new fridge is fantastic. We were skeptical since this product was more than $1000 less than other brands like it, but we are glad we chose this one. We've had this for about 3 months and at this time, we LOVE it!

Works Great, keeps items cold, beeps when doors have been open after a certain amount of time

Really like the new 'fridge.......great capacity and looks great in our kitchen. Love the door-open alarm as well as the inside water dispenser. Definitely pleased with our purchase.

Fit our spot perfectly. Ice maker cubes don't fit in bottles, middle meat drawer is tok big and gets wonky wzy easy rounding off the wheels.

I was skeptical at first because it's an off-brand fridge. However, it's fantastic! We purchased our first home and were on a tighter budget. This one was in our price range and it had the essentials that we wanted. Since owning it, we've received multiple compliments on it regarding the appearance, most people assumed it was a high-end brand. The water spigot is inside the fridge, which is pretty neat. It's been worth every penny. Cons: The fan can be loud, but it's rare. The filter can only be purchased via Best Buy.

This refrigerator does the job at a affordable price. I like that it has a water dispenser and ice marker.

You need to be able to adjust the shelving more. Other than that I think it's great so far

We have found the Insignia refrig very efficient with storage and are very happy with internal ice maker and filtered water. Our last refrig had multiple issues with the external ice maker and water dispenser. Also the stainless steel allows magnets to be attached to the front which is nice way to display childrens work. Although new, no problems to date.

We weren’t entirely sure on a counter depth refrigerator but this one has been awesome. The fact that the water dispenser is on the inside has been a big plus for us. We like the clean look of the fridge and the water being inside and the lack of bulky handles contribute to this. The inside capacity of this unit is great along with the ice maker. Very happy with this purchase.

Great refrigerator for the price. You will defiantly want to get a separate freezer as there is very little space with this one. This refrigerator is very fingerprint prone. So far only issue I have is the left door with the middle hinge does not always work as intended. Otherwise it has been a great product.
