Wish that this refrigerator did not show fingerprints but the finish is nice. The long drawer in tbe refrigerator part does not stay on the tracks but for the most part it is a good purchase.

I got this fridge because it was very wide and it's depth was much smaller than other fridges meaning i could get it in the 29'' doorway leading to the area I wanted it in. Only have two things i dislike about the fridge // I don't like how there's only 2 Large shelves that spread across the whole width of the fridge. and secondly I'm not crazy about the drawers - - The crisper drawers don't really look like they do anything with the slider (But I think that's probaly any crisper drawer to be honest// and the meat/deli drawer could have a better feel when sliding in and out. Other than that I think it's a great buy.

I love the fridge. Great size for my family of 4. I love the lighting, i love how it softly beeps to let you know the door isn't closed correctly. I'd buy again if needed, but i hope this last me a very long time. Plus Delivery guy was a Hottie, so that was plus.

Only one problem so far. The ice maker freezes up then I have to remove all the frozen food to defrost it. Yes it’s a pain but only happened once so far. It’s only 1 month old.

We had a wall on the right side of our fridge cabinet, That made this fridge one of 6 in existence that would fit in the space. This was by far the cheapest by $1500+ and wasn’t a Samsung. If you don’t know Samsung fridges are all lemons if they contain an ice maker. Stay far far away. This fridge looks nice, I’ve had it for about 8 months with no issues and it’s significantly cheaper than it’s competitors. With that being said it has some downsides to that price point. The plastic freezer drawers get stuck constantly and require you to wiggle it forcefully to slide back in. It’s pretty annoying, but shows no signs of wear/breaking. Overall I would buy it again.

We researched extensively and this French Door, Counter Depth unit was priced lower than any of its competitors. Plenty of space and flexible shelving.

the fridge is well designed -- looks great easily adjustable shelves & compartments the temperature controls are logically located and user friendly High quality with the price/cost a lot less than the "Brand"

Fantastic price perfect size for our rv but we love in it full time so great for home use too. I love that the water dispenser is inside so the components don't take up all the space in the door.

I love my new refrigerator, though it came with a small dent on the front that is hard to notice, but I see it whenever I look at it! The freezer is pretty small. We had to buy a small freezer for the basement to store extra food that can't fit in this one.

I absolutely love this fridge it fits perfect and works well. I love the water dispenser inside.

Purchased mid October. Priced right but the reviews were on point- nice looking and well-designed product but doesn’t cool to temperature. I’ve got it set on 35 and my milk is warm. CS hasn’t been great. I did a round with BBY who pushed me to insignia. Took a week of emails with CS to be told I have to call CS for warranty service. I thought that was who I was emailing… so I’ll update review with follow up but buyer beware.

Fridge makes great ice, plenty of room, and running the waterline is nice and easy too. Perfect fridge for a great price.

Great fridge. Fits perfectly and has a ton of space. My only complaint would be that i was told it wouldn’t show fingerprints and it definitely does.

This is a nice, modern looking refrigerator. It has a lot of storage space for everything. The outside is very easy to wipe fingerprints from. I love the counter depth feature. It is an affordable appliance with a modern look.

Nice size, and works good the only issuse has been the ice maker freeze over often.

Once I received one that actually work correctly I am very satisfied. It just took 3 tries to get one that worked completely

So far we love the new fridge. It’s very spacious for a little family of two and has no trouble quickly creating ice when we start to run low. Kudos to the gentlemen who delivered and installed it, they hooked the waterline up with ease and made quick work of our old fridge. The one downside is that the outside smudges easily and requires semi-consistent care to keep it looking like new. Overall, from purchase to delivery to daily usage, the experience has been excellent. Definitely a 5 out of 5 for folks with a smaller kitchen and medium to large storage needs.

We like this refrigerator. Although, I do find when we are filling it up and keep the doors open, or if people are opening it a lot, it does lose it's coolness. Not sure if this is an ongoing issue.

I asked for no water connection, no tv, no blue tooth. I had some pretty specific dimensions and even with measurement the fridge is out another two inches as the french doors need even more space to go beyond half open. I find this fridge adequate but frustrating with placement of basic items like one gallon milk jugs and the shelf placement is not much better. The freezer storage is equally awkward as two family packs of chicken and I am done. The top drawer is too deep. I am not returning the appliance but I think if I did not buy in the middle of quarantine and I had no refrigeration I would have researched better.
