Bought this as our second fridge. It’s good enough as a second fridge. Love the sleek design and the openness inside. Freezer is a bit compact but that was expected. So far so good

Fridge is trash. Loved the look initially, but crapped out after only 3 weeks. This i add was during Rona and the fridge was fully stocked. Best buy would not reimburse for the lost food because I didn't buy the geek protection which is totally my bad now, but was not expecting a brand new fridge to only last a couple weeks. While living out of an ice chest for over a two weeks, a gentlemen finally came out to try and repair it since it was still under the manufacturer warranty. A week later parts came in, so he came back out, but realized it was actually an internal refrigerant leak. At this time, we have been without a fridge for longer than we have owned it. All in all was the most terrible and frustrating experience I've ever had to deal with. Best buy's customer service gave us the complete runaround. My advice do not purchase appliances online. Go to the store so you can deal with them directly and not someone over the phone.

Love it! Way spacier than our last one and yet it takes up way less room in the kitchen

Great space and storage. The shelves are a bit short. Only 1 shelf can fit a gallon of milk or water - barely. Tea pitcher has to go in the door shelf.

This refrigerator is very good and we like it !!!!

It was okay I do love the fridge all though it would have been great if they could have told me when I asked them multiple times if they can set up my fridge to use the water and they came and said they couldn’t even tho I asked specific questions to the Best Buy team they still came and wasted my time with that and money but besides the lack of knowledge it is a nice fridge 8/10 but the price is alright.

This refrigerator fits and works great in my kitchen.

I like the fridge but our ice maker has a repeated issue where it's dropping water into the ice bucket. Everything gets frozen together instead of ice cubes. The replacement worked for over a month and now I'm calling again for warranty service. Also worth mentioning this unit scratches really easily. My son slid some soft magnets across the surface, same kind I've had on fridges my entire life without issue, and it was a mess. That happened on like week 1 of ownership. If the ice maker wasn't a repeated problem I would think this is still a great value on sale but for now it's just a purchase I'll regret for a long time.

Great refrigerator both Aesthetics and how well it works how quiet it is couldn't ask for anything better.

Everything works great. Perfect size. Ice maker and water dispenser taste good with the filter system.

One problem with the refrigerator is that the water dispenser does not work. I am waiting on an exchange refrigerator.

Purchased this refrigerator last min as mine went out. It is the perfect size and works great!!!

Water wasn’t hooked up when it was installed. Had to have someone come out a second time to do that. Doors are uneven. The middle flap that seals the opening between the French doors won’t close. Called Best Buy. They won’t help because I’ve had the BRAND NEW refrigerator for 17 days instead of just 15 days. Had to call Insignia. They were nice and sent someone FROM BEST BUY out. Not sure why Best Buy couldn’t have just done that for me. Need to order a part. Made another appointment to come back once part comes in. I stayed home ANOTHER day just to find out part didn’t come in, even after they emailed and texted to confirm my appointment. Have to make another appointment. Still isn’t fixed.

We bought a stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, and oven package. The dishwasher and oven are Whirlpool, but we could only get the fridge in certain specs that would fit so we wound up with the Insignia fridge. It's been over 2 years and is still running strong with no issues. I would recommend this fridge.

Shelves are solid. Fridge cools well. Freezer is super cold the ice maker just takes forever and is loud.

Purchased in May and by August it has stopped cooling altogether. I purchased Geek Squad protection and believe it or not, their service is even worse that the refrigerator. Took a week for a tech to come out only to tell me it was a cooling issue (no kidding) and that he would have to report it back to BestBuy. That was a week ago so I'm now going on two weeks without a refrigerator. All of our food was ruined and good luck even getting in touch with the Geek Squad. Incredibly horrible purchase and experience.

Had one small dent on front right side of door. Otherwise the product is fine.
