BB sent out a replacement and it was fine. Seriously for the price this is a fantastic counter depth option. Tons of space, and the water spout inside the unit is genius. I like not having a giant icemaker taking up space in the upper area just to have through the door ice.

Alway at 40 degrees interior regardless that the temp setting is set at the lowest of 35 degrees and the door constantly have to be adjusted to stay aligned otherwise the interior door bar doesnt seal the doors and the interior temp goes up to 60 yet the temp alarm doesnt sound.

Just the right size and all the right features

I like the french doors and everything is within easy reach. It is just the right size for a small kitchen- counter depth- and the right size for just two people. I like the water dispenser on the inside and not on the door. I recommended it to my son and he purchased one also.

So far I am thrilled.

I love all the features and find it works well in my kitchen space. I had a large Samsung refrigerator before and this one is just as nice and takes up much less room. And I love the square ice cubes!

I have had this refrigerator less than three months and it has stopped cooling :-( The unit is set to 35 degrees, however, on a good day, it will not cool past 58 degrees. What disgusts me more than the poor performance form the frigid is the customer service received from Geek Squad to rectify the issue as it is still well under the manufacturer's warranty. I called in to report and troubleshoot the issue Sunday (9/6) no problem...technician will be out w Wednesday (6/9) to take a look between 12p -5P. Toward the end of the window, we have not heard anything from BestBuy/Geek Squad. I called them up to find out the tecknicition was a no call no show. Aggravating, but everyone deserves a second chance we reschedule for Saturday morning between 8a - 12p. I just received a call (Friday evening) stating there is not anyone available during that time to service my refrigerator...only option is to take a new appointment window, this time, Monday (9/14) from 12p-5p I certainly hope they are able to get it together between now and then.

The second one we received works fine but it seems that when it makes ice it leaks water so after a while its just one big block of ice.
