Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent replacement for decades old mini-fridge, the same basic footprint, but has a freezer on top. The old one needed to be defrosted on the regular and was a tiny, sad excuse for a freezer (held two frozen dinners, max). Regular defrosting is a pain that just didn’t happen. This new one looks great, does the trick and most importantly: self defrosting. Time will tell how well this feature ends up working… and I will update the review, especially if it does not. My biggest issue is that it arrived with a broken shelf and replacing it has been challenging so far. Supposedly a case was put in by the manager at my local Best Buy where I picked it up to send me a new one, but I haven’t seen any emails… I took the star off for arriving broken and I still don’t have final resolution on this shelf business. It is worth mentioning that if you have to move the door to open on the other side it’s a pretty involved job and a pain in the butt. However, I’m glad I could move it successfully and I’m glad I don’t have to do it again!

Perfect size for 1 or 2 people..

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well,I was worried about the reviews of this fridge/freezer not getting cold enough..Well that's not true..I keep the setting on three just like it shipped with and the freezer gets down to as low as negative 15 at times,and the fridge fluctuates between 30 degrees and 40 degrees..And I feel in my opinion,being this is auto defrost,you will see fluctuations..Now those are numbers I am getting from a digital thermostat in each compartment.These numbers also fluctuate because every time you open the door,being it is a small compartment refrigerator,it will lose coldness quicker than a larger model.So the longer you keep the door open the more coldness you lose.Normal right? Now having said that,the temperature readings are only of the sensor on the thermostat..The food will not lose temperature that quickly unless you leave the door open for 10 or 20 minutes or so.But that is true with any model,just smaller ones lose the coldness quicker..So if you have children always opening the doors to shop,maybe this is not for you.And like I said,it is sized for 1 or 2 people,or maybe 3. just not a larger family per say..You would want a larger model to supply enough food for more people..But is is very roomy ..Holds more food than I need it to..But with the larger models comes with a higher price..which brings me to my final thought,I purchased this on sale,and it was a fantastic deal.Regular price is kinda high,so I would look for a sale on this.it is Totally worth the sale price..and also this is deeper model than most larger models,it just isn't as wide or tall. So I give it 5 stars..Love the bright light in the fridge..No light in the freezer but who cares...Okay...Thank you
