I am so happy with my new fridge. It has everything I need without too many of the expensive bells and whistles. It was just what I needed for my skinny kitchen. It has recessed handles and is full sized. It is documented 2 ways. Both as a full size and counter depth. It is definitely not counter depth. I love everything about it! Note… if you want to install it yourself, it does come with the doors attached. So if you have a skinny doorway, either invest in professional installation or a lot of patience. It took me 4 hours to disassemble (hardware store visits included) and install, and 20 minutes to reassemble. However, my delivery guys told me I’d have to remove my door frame. They were wrong! :). So I’m glad I invested in me!

Simple refrigerator. I like the design no handles. Not enough stand up room for say a gallon of milk. Better refrigerator for a couple or single person. No convienent for large family

Second unit after the first one was replaced under warranty. Still having ice maker issues.

Due to a faulty water distribution, they replaced the unit six days later. I love my Best Buy brand, Insign[a French Door Refridgerator. I also got it at a great price, $300 less than when i first looked at it.

My last refrigerator that I bought from Best Buy 15 years ago bit the dust and I needed a replacement quick! I saw this one online and went ahead and bought it online without seeing it in person, since it is so new. As with all my Insignia purchases, great value for low cost is the result. The fridge and freezer work great, and the new for this line water and ice through the door are fantastic- this was always a problem for the former LG fridge I had. It's quiet and even the icemaker is barely audible. It also looks great with the channels to open the door much better than handles. Installed by Geek Squad in a professional manner. Couldn't be happier!!

Like the product overall. Seems the ice maker has/has had issues. Mine is starting to do the same. Builds up and wont dump causing it to clog and having to clean it out constantly. For the price a good fridge. Frustrating about the ice maker.

the refrigerator is great, however, I am very disappointed in the door dispenser. It is very temperamental and this hard for my elderly mother to get her ice and water. It should never be this difficult to get the ice - water dispenser to dispense.

Nice looking and roomy fridge. The controls are a bit confusing, the water dispenser doesn't fit large bottles, the ice maker routinely gets large pieces stuck and a part broke off the right side door broke making it difficult to ensure it's closed.

I’ve had this refrigerator for little more than 2 years and never had any issue every time I changed water filter until this time. After changing the water filter I lost water from water dispenser and tried 2 different filters purchased from Best Buy and it’s not the filter. I called Best Buy and of course it’s out of the warranty and now they will charge for everything to fix the problem. I also have a kenmore refrigerator for more than 10 years and never had an issue with it and it’s in my garage and still works like new. I wanted to buy kenmore again but the style my wife liked was $300 more than this Insignia so we decided to go with it to save some money and here we are by saving $300 will have to pay a lot more now to get fixed. Called couple other tech services and they said it’s hard to find parts for insignia and will be hard to fix it if the defective part is not available. So I either pay Best Buy to get it fix or buy another refrigerator. Learned my lesson and will never recommend this brand to anyone and will never buy Insignia or any brand which is only available at 1 company and their parts are hard to find. For saving few hundred bucks will cost more in the near future. Always buy known brands and available everywhere.

First one of the doors doesn’t level and this is the second time after best buy replaces the first one and the ice dispenser flap does not come back off when you go for a cup of ice. Thanks God I’ll keep my old fridge too.

We have had the new refrigerator. First with ice and water in the door. Great feature we’ve been missing all these years. Best Buy had a great selection and really good prices. Delivery was efficient and setup person took time to teach us how to use our new fridge. Since then the fridge has performed as expected. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I just absolutely love my new fridge!!! It gives just the right amount of light when i open the doors and love the freezer it has plenty of room for everything!! From top to bottom i would highly recommend this fridge to anyone looking for a big fridge and it just perfect for anything!!!

I am still really excited about my upgraded refrigerator. I love the extra room that I now have with the French door style fridge. I do wish that the door shelves and shelves within the fridge could be moved around to maximize space for larger items (milk, juice, soda liter).

So far I'm really loving this refrigerator. The design from the outside looks simple, clean and modern. Its really quite, and it been keeping my food fresh. I'm actually pleasantly surprised with the outcome of this refrigerator so far.

Easy to use touchpad on the water dispenser helps control climate in the fridge and the freezer is even more spacious than I expected. Would buy this one again.

i absolutely love my new fridge! I feel like I have so much more room from my previous side by side. The only downside is losing shelving space in order to adjusting the shelves for taller items like the milk jug. The default heights don't allow for anything as tall as a gallon milk jug, definitely not a tea pitcher. After moving the top right half shelf down enough to fit milk we're left with the middle shelf only having a couple of inches of space. Im still extremely happy with the fridge overall. We've only had it for a week but no problems so far.

Absolutely love this refrigerator! Plenty of room in the bottom freezer and the french doors make it so easy to fit larger storage containers.
