The unit does end up showing fingerprints too when it is not supposed to. Ice maker and water are nice to use. I like how the unit has a shut-off for the ice in case you don't want to use it. So far, very satisfied with it.

The replaced the whole unit again a year later the ice maker went out again and now they want me to pay for them to come out and pay to replace it! That’s crazy this is the second time the ice maker went out and they want me to pay for it !

Lack of Quality Control on Insignia Refrigerators

Fridge 1/ Fridge Doors didn't close. Fridge 2/ Water dispenser didn't work. Fridge 3/ Water leaks from inside fridge. Best Buy is bringing another fridge Christmas Eve... We'll see.

First Impression is Disappointing

The light won't come on inside it. The inside won't get any cooler than 45 degrees according to the fridge thermometer I stuck inside it. And the water dispenser isn't working. But hey, that's OK. I spoke to Geek Squad and I can call tomorrow to request an exchange while my food sits in it spoiling. At least the freezer is working.

While is was still in warranty the appliance repairman came & saw & said oh it’s a design flaw, we need to order the parts & never returned..

They sent me out two different units and both had issues. Finally they sent me a third replacement (different model) and it has different connections for the ice maker. Talk about a shet show this has been going on for over a month and I have worked with the store manager. They subcontract installs to some real shady people. I would shop somewhere else.
