    Just got a new computer at Best Buy and was having problems connecting to the internet. Brought the computer to Geek Squad after a week and nothing was wrong with it. I was told that having a desktop situated right next to the modem was the issue [who knew?] and could be remedied with an ethernet cable. Worked like a charm.

    The cable does what it's supposed to do, I used it to hard wire my DirectTV DVR. I would purchase another one.
