    Does the work. I have a PS4 and I was tired of the lag experienced through Wi-Fi. After buying countless routers, I decided to just go with a very long cable. It works great and my online gaming experience has improved TENFOLD! I thought it would be an intrusive sight, but I found a path so that it doesn't stand out.
