Great cable, I definetly needed a long cable due to the length and setup of my room, the cable is thick and high quality but does have some bend to adapt to corners well. It provides great speeds. No complaints so far, solid product it would definitely be a steal if it’s ever on sale.

Future proof ethernet cable for my home setup.

Speed wise, this cable is overkill for my home internet needs, but worth it for build quality alone. I've had no problems with it, stays connected to my main docking station and connects directly to my router across the room. Be aware, while I see it as a good thing, the shielding inside the cable makes it really thick, which you may not be able to tell from the product image.

Screaming Fast (no sound really) Streaming Service

My Netflix glitches out sometimes. Probably because I have about 5 old Ethernet cables coupled together to go 25 feet. Now this isn't just a Cat5, Cat6, or even a Cat6A Ethernet RJ45 cable this is a CAT8!!!!!!!! Not sure where the Cat7 went or if they even have one-lol. So now I'm thinking there is nothing slowing down My ONE 25 ft CAT8 cable that is now screaming fast streaming service instead of the old hodgepodge of cables I had before. Certificates are a little tricky. You want certificates that cost just a little bit more to get the best value and drive the price WAY down for an item like this.

I only bought this because the CAT 6A cables were out of stock. However, I have zero complaints as it’s reliable and has no drop in data transfer. I stream, edit and upload videos on all social media form of different lengths. It’s definitely overkill for what service speeds I can get through my ISP. If they have the CAT 6A, that’s honestly enough.

These CAT 8 Cables are worth the cost. They are heavily shielded from RF interference. This means reliable data transfer with potentially less lag and lower ping times. The connectors themselves are metal shielded and provide a secure link to a switch, router, modem, or computer. I highly recommend these for connections between critical devices, such as a NAS, or Switch to Router, or Modem to Router.

Hard to beat cat 8. Works great, plenty reliable. I normally don't buy Insignia (Best Buy in-house brand) for mission-critical use, but their Ethernet cables have been plenty reliable.

I saw this and had to buy it because I have never heard of Cat 8 cable. Anyway, it feels like coax, kinda stiff. I have not used it yet and I hear it is overkill for the consumer and more for enterprise.
