Thank you for supplying what the consumer needs. The cord is long and I like the flexibility. A lot of people don't use corded phones anymore but a few of us still do.

The telephone is white. It would have been better yet if the cord was white, but you only carry it in black.Otherwise it is just fine.

I was able to locate the cord with the help of your sales associate. It was the right color and it does the job.
