Happy i found this!
ROMEO Posted
I needed this cable and i’m happy i was able to quickly order it at Best Buys. Once it arrives i connected it and was happy because i was using a usb deck along with another usb A to usb C cable to get my hard drive connected. This purchase made my HDD drive simple and safe because my original setup was causing my hard drive to easily disconnect.

I lost my usb cord and was scared I’d have to buy another one . But got luck when I searched online and seen it in stores. Cause when I 1st went in to the store they told me they didn’t have any cords and I’d have to buy a whole new adapter that’s like 100+ so I got luck and found what I needed.

Very sturdy cord
IUmom Posted
The reason I had to buy this cord is because the cord that came with my external hard drive didn't have a USB-C end. This cord is better than the one that came with the hard drive because it is very thick and longer. However, when I move around with the hard drive connected to my laptop, the hard drive sometimes becomes disconnected and I get a message that I didn't "eject properly." I don't know if that is the fault of the cord or the hard drive. Anyway, the cord seems very sturdy and for the price, I would buy it if you need one!

It works!
Cyborgspider Posted
Had an old hard drive with a weird input and ChatGPT/Gemini helped me identify what it was. Cheaper than Amazon (or at least similarly priced, but without the 2-day Prime wait) so I just ordered it and picked it up in store. Done and done! Works well, can't speak to the speed relative to other cables because it's been a LONG time since I used it, but it transfers data quicker than Bluetooth or Airdrop, that's for sure!

Got this for my MacBook that way I could format and read my external drives on it instead of my desktop. Overall, very pleased, wish it was braided but I’m picky and otherwise this cable doesn’t get used too often to where it might suffer wear and tear. Otherwise, im a happy cord owner.
