Fantastic value for the product. Delivery and installation was done professionally as was removal of the old washer. The Insignia washer works beautifully and I am quite happy with it. The only problem with the transaction was that I also purchased new steel hoses for the hookup but they were unavailable for delivery at the time of delivery. The old existing hoses were used and I was told there would be a call and a refund. That never happened , so I ended up paying for two hoses I never received.

So far it’s a good washing machine. I hope it will last me a long time. Very easy to use, gets the clothes clean. It is efficient and quiet.Good

Small form factor washing machine that performs. Simple easy-to-use controls. Relatively quiet. It was an effortless install. I recommend this unit to anyone looking for a small dimension washing machine that will fit in tight spaces. If the capacity suits your needs you can't go wrong with this. I did quilts and sheets in this machine and they came out perfectly.

Not bad for it's price; yeah the lids cheap and plastic but it's not too noise or anything. I did find it kind of gross that it came delivered with old water when it's supposed to be new maybe that's a shipping thing? Doesn't make much sense maybe they tested it before shipping but the staples on the box it came in were rusting which was kind of worrying. I occasionally have imbalanced loads which isn't very audible and has an extra code in the lights that isn't listed. Which can be annoying but I just remove something and run it again later if I have too. It seems to be doing a fine job for the price.

This was ordered for a School where we provide a washer and dryer for student who needed to wash clothes. Its easy to use and great space capacity.

The washer runs a little slow and also I don’t know how long the washer runs for I just checked back on it like 30 to 45 minutes., but I still like to use my washer as long as it gets my clothes clean that’s what all matters thanks

This washing machine has been working great! It runs quite and cleans clothing very, very good! I purchased this to put in my bus and it fit beautifully. The washing tub is really deep and big. This machine is more than I expected and worth the value.

This seems like a good washer, so far. It is much quieter than our previous washer. It came at a good price and a relatively large capacity.

Good so far. Does a good job getting clothes clean. Only negative it is very noisy during the spin cycle. For the price a very good value. Also has a smaller footprint to fix our space.

Replacing an over 10 years old washer and ordered on-line and was skeptical after receiving and seeing washer in person for the first time. Especially when I learned that the top load door locks when washing and you can't open while its washing or loading water. After trying it out I was pleasantly surprised. I actually think it's a Great Washer for a great price. I like the Large capacity on the inside and how it's not bulky on the outside. Washes great. Washed my king sized comforter with no problems and you can pause the washer and open the door if you need to.

We needed an affordable washer and dryer for our rental unit. This one was much more affordable than big-name-brand models. It has been perfect. Quiet, efficient, lots of settings. After several months and many, many washloads, it looks brand new, inside and out.

Purchased a few months back, it is an easy simple washer/dryer set to use. Fits enough laundry. I would recommend this brand.
