I had gone through multiple replacement remotes through Amazon but they all went bad within 6-8 weeks. This remote is OEM level quality - keys and build quality are superb. Bigger size of the remote is ergonomic compared to the tiny remotes that come with Samsung TVs. Using this remote with a Samsung TV

Since my new puppy chewed up several remotes, I bought 2 3-in-1 remotes, to handle all my electronics. Now I don’t have to have 7-8 different remotes cluttering up the house; one or two of these do the trick!

The only thing we would have liked was a way to relabel buttons, but otherwise we enjoyed this remote. It was a good option at the price point.

No voice makes it a no go. I have been trying to resolve my new Samsung Tv issues. The samsung voice remote feauture requires a samsung account. It feels invasive. I started setting up the account, got about 10 minutes into it then reset the tv to factory to get rid of it. I was contacting help about returning the tv. This remote was supposed to solve everything. I haven’t gotten it to work yet. Generally upset with the whole remote/tv fiasco. My husband is facing cognitive issues. I needed simple. This remote doesn’t fix that.
