I really like this remote, it was easy to program to my tv, there isn't anything I don't like about it. I would buy it again, I would also recommend it to family and friends.

I lost my remote and needed a new one so I decided to try this one out. I was pleasantly pleased how easy it was to pair and it works seamlessly with my insignia TV. Also connects with my xfinity x1 box. I would recommend if you are looking for a replacement remote

Great quality. I had gone through multiple replacement remotes through Amazon but they all went bad within 6-8 weeks. This remote is OEM level quality - keys and build quality are superb. Bigger size of the remote is ergonomic compared to the tiny remotes that come with Samsung TVs. Using this remote with a Samsung TV

The Insignia remote is a quality remote for the money. It was easy to program and will work right out of the box for specific TV brands. The only problem I had was the remote is IR (infrared) only and I couldn’t program Bluetooth commands that my TV needed. I didn’t know that at the time of purchase so that one is on me. Good basic remote from Best Buy.

If you need a remote for your lost tv remote lg ,just buy this one I went to Best Buy and u grabbed this remote I arrived home I didn’t need to set it up just pointed to my tv and it worked perfectly, I fully recommend this

Better than the original remote! Since my new puppy chewed up several remotes, I bought 2 3-in-1 remotes, to handle all my electronics. Now I don’t have to have 7-8 different remotes cluttering up the house; one or two of these do the trick!

lost my tv remote so i got this universal remote and it’s working for me great and was pretty simple to set up, the manual was helpful.

Works as intended. Synched it to my Samsung TV in my garage and it worked perfectly.

It paired with my tv easily, and I use it everyday now.

Work great with ROKU TV. I am lost when I can’t fine it. Love the ease of using it.

We had good experience with this remote, it works well, had no glitches, and did everything it promised on the product description. The only thing we would have liked was a way to relabel buttons, but otherwise we enjoyed this remote. It was a good option at the price point.

I was lead to believe by a worker that this would work for my new tv, it did not unfortunately. But nice remote even though it didn’t work for me lol

Recommended to me by a best buy chat person as the solution to all my problems. No voice makes it a no go. I have been trying to resolve my new Samsung Tv issues. The samsung voice remote feauture requires a samsung account. It feels invasive. I started setting up the account, got about 10 minutes into it then reset the tv to factory to get rid of it. I was contacting help about returning the tv. This remote was supposed to solve everything. I haven’t gotten it to work yet. Generally upset with the whole remote/tv fiasco. My husband is facing cognitive issues. I needed simple. This remote doesn’t fix that.
