    The oven was delivered with blue tape still on it that I have been unable to remove and it still is not level.

    3 Canceled installations

    If I Ever receive it I'll be happy to review it. I purchased on 3/5/26 and scheduled installation for 3/11/26. It did Not arrive with my refrigerator. I spoke to Myrea Scott who advised me that it was definitely still scheduled but with another Co. My range did Not come nor did Myrea Scott return my calls or VM msgs. I spoke to Jason in customer svc who rescheduled me for 3/17. I advised him that the BEST BUY APP hadn't updated, but he spoke with his supervisor and promised 3/17 was scheduled in his system. Noone came. I was RESCHEDULED for 3/31, of course, Noone Came Again!!! That is 3 WASTED Days, Thus Far!!! Is this truly the reputation you want to keep? Pitiful Business practice.

    Delivery was postponed by Besy Buy. I've called tp reschedule everyday with NO RETURN CALL not good customer service. Thinking of a total return and going elsewhere.

    The oven never worked. I had a terrible to time getting a refund, even after it was picked up. The customer service was terrible overall and I will never buy anything at best buy ever again
