Works in Vietnam, and Bali Some places don’t have very many power outlets. Very helpful having 3 USB ports.

Not intuitive but works. After the travel converter died, I had to use this. Figuring out how to slide on the adapters was intuitive but I had just wnough batter left to find the manual on the BB website.

Customer service was great. He knew what I needed and was knowledgeable about the product and it's use. He was patient, courteous and friendly. I liked the product because I travel a lot to different countries and need to be able to connect to the electrical outlets in any and all counties I go to.

This worked very well, but the build quality is atrocious. Accidentally yanked the cable it was plugged into, and the EU port basically broke in half during the incident. Be careful around it as the build quality isn't good. Expected a bit more durability from a Best Buy product and not cheaply made.

I have used this product at home with great success to charge 2 phones and 2 fitness watches. I haven't had the chance to use the various adapters, but I plan to use them when on travel. I recommend this product.

This adapter is a must have for travel. It is compact and works great. I can conveniently charge my phone, watch tablet while on the road. I loaned one to a family member. They liked it so much they won't give it back. So, this my second purchase of this item.

Multi port adapters are wonderful and easy to carry when you travel. Can fit into multiple international plugs.

My trip involved traveling from North America to Lisbon Portugal, and Berlin, Germany. It worked, and still works beautifully in all three locations. It charges my phone, ear buds, tablet all at the same time with no issues. Lightweight and durable, too. I'll be using it later this year, and i love the little bag it came in, too!

Used the product for 3 weeks - alomost the whole day in Europe. Was sturdy and capable of charging 3 items at a time (phones and a charger.) Light, compact and of a very good quality. Hoping to use it for all future trips to Europe. Has few other adapters to other country outlets. But so far I did not need them, Exsept the one for Europe (Spain, Germany)

This wall charger did what I wanted it to. However, the tolerances on the adapters were a bit tight, making them hard to change. Also, there are no usb-C ports. Overall, I was satisfied.

Perfect for our europe trip! It worked just as expected in London and the I needed a different converter in Spain and that worked as well. Also very portable to use in airport plugs

Perfect for traveling and convenient. As per the quality, improvement is needed. The adapter easily pulls off and exposing the wires thereby making it dangerous to remove the other end from wall socket. I had to clue mine before using again.

Super convenient, especially so for folks that travel and want a compact east to use converter.

I bought a set of three adapters for a trip to Europe, by far, this is the best experience of the three. If you are only bringing your phone and USB-related devices don't bother buying another adaptor than this.

What I liked about this product is that you can charge all devices at one time. We plugged Apple Watch, Apple phone 13 Pro and a bounce watch for our child at one time with no issues or heating. Used in Finland.
