    Worked for a Week… Then Turned Into a Glitchy Mess

    I bought this Insignia 32” Fire TV and for the first week it seemed fine — basic picture, nothing fancy, but acceptable for a small room. Then out of nowhere, the screen completely lost its mind. After just one week, the display started showing severe pixelation, green and blue distortion, and horizontal lines across the entire screen. It looks like a corrupted video feed or failing panel, and it’s unwatchable. Power cycling, unplugging, resetting — none of it helped. This wasn’t a cable or input issue; the TV itself clearly failed. For something that’s barely out of the box, this level of failure is unacceptable. A TV shouldn’t self-destruct after seven days of normal use. That said, Best Buy’s customer service was excellent. The return process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free, which I truly appreciated. No complaints there at all. Unfortunately, the product itself is a hard pass. If you value reliability, I’d suggest spending a little more or choosing a different brand.

    Overall it was a nice product however we had some trouble installing some apps and i noticed that sometimes the tv glitches.

    It looks and sounds good when it is on, but the TV keeps freezing and cutting off. I plan to exchange it for a Samsung. I don't even know why I didn't get one in the first place. NEVER AGAIN!

    Bought three for Cyber Monday. Left in the boxes until late January (when daughters finally cleaned their rooms). Two have horrible pixelation issues via internal Fire stick or HDMI. Didn’t open the third expecting the same. Online support said return to BestBuy since it’s a sponsored vendor. Local store said out of warranty and need to be sent in for repair.

    Horrible noise/malfunctioning

    All seemed good but now after watching for about 30-40 minutes it makes an obnoxious noise and you cannot mute, shut off or do anything. It has to run it course. I am afraid I will have to replace it soon.

    This TV was ok for about 1 week and then it started giving me a popcorn screen thatcwould only go away if you restarted the TV. Then Bestbuy exchanged it for another one, and that one lasted 2 weeks before it started doing the same thing and had to return it. I will buy another brand.

    Unhappy Christmas gifts

    I purchased two of these tv’s for Christmas gifts for my girls and both tvs have the same issue shortly after setting them up. Both girls complain of the same issues. The tvs make a loud noise and go fuzzy with crazy colors. It scares the kids bc it happens unexpectedly while watching a program.

    I had this tv for less than 2 months. It’s been glitching like crazy. Keeps restarting more often than not. I just read the reviews, why keep selling this item if they are clearly defective???

    I ordered this online and product arrived defective after 10 minutes of watching TV it was lagging really bad. Im very disappointed in Insignia brand and the hassle it was to return the TV

    The worst TV we've ever owned. Have used it maybe a dozen times in the month it's been owned and it keeps glitching out with a fuzzy screen and makes an absurdly loud static sound.

    If I could give it a zero I would. Bought the tv for a birthday gift and when the birthday came she opened a broken screened tv. Best Buy won’t do anything about it because it was out of the 15 day return policy.
