The worst TV we've ever owned. Have used it maybe a dozen times in the month it's been owned and it keeps glitching out with a fuzzy screen and makes an absurdly loud static sound.

If I could give it a zero I would. Bought the tv for a birthday gift and when the birthday came she opened a broken screened tv. Best Buy won’t do anything about it because it was out of the 15 day return policy.

This Insignia 32" F20 Series Fire TV is a good option if you’re looking for a basic, affordable smart TV. The picture quality is clear for a 720p screen and works well for everyday viewing like streaming shows, news, or kids’ programs. It’s not meant to be high-end, but it does what it’s supposed to do. The Fire TV interface is easy to use and makes it simple to access streaming apps in one place. Setup was quick, and the remote is straightforward. The TV is lightweight, fits well in a small space, and is perfect for a guest bedroom. Overall, this is a good value for the price. If you want a simple smart TV without spending a lot, this one gets the job done.

Beautiful color and sound is great. Bought for my grandson's room who is 6 and loves Youtube. The remote's easy to use and he has no problem with it. This is an upgrade to the 24 inch i purchased for him 2 years ago. Same TV but this one is bigger. Highly recommend.

I purchased the Insignia 32” Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV for my baby boy’s room, and it’s been a great choice. The size is perfect for a smaller room, the picture quality is sharp for 720p, and it handles his gaming without any issues. The built‑in Fire TV makes it easy to switch between games, shows, and apps. Setup was simple and the remote is very user‑friendly. Overall, a great TV for kids’ rooms and gaming.

This TV has a good picture and was relatively easy to set up. We connected it to an OTA antenna and our only complaint is with the channel management. When we scanned for available channels, the tuner picked up duplicates of several channels. When we tried to hide the duplicates so that only one copy of the channel remained, it hid all copies. We’re stuck with the duplicates, which is inconvenient when you want to scroll through the channels.

I wasn’t expecting to be wowed by a 32" TV, but the Insignia F20 Series proved me wrong. Setup was a breeze—plug it in, connect to Wi-Fi, and boom: instant access to all my favorite streaming apps thanks to built-in Fire TV. The interface is smooth, intuitive, and snappy, even for someone juggling kids and chaos. Picture quality? Crisp and vibrant for 720p—perfect for bedrooms, dorms, or cozy living spaces. The sound is clear and surprisingly robust without needing a soundbar. And the Alexa voice remote? Total game-changer. I can launch shows, adjust volume, and even check the weather—all hands-free while wrangling my little tornadoes. This TV punches above its weight in value, convenience, and smart features. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly upgrade that doesn’t skimp on performance, the Insignia F20 is a no-brainer. I’d recommend it in a heartbeat!

Very satisfied with this TV. I have owned several Roku TV's and I like them very much and was not sure how I would like a Fire TV. But I actually think I like it better. I have an Amazon Prime account and this works seamlessly with it. Great picture, easy to use remote, intuitive menu. I would purchase thos item or something similar again.

This TV is a great value priced Tv and is easy to set up. It has a great clear picture. It is very lightweight. The size is perfect for our teenage son's room. It has plenty of inputs which allow him to connect his gaming systems. The only "down side" are the legs that attach to the bottom. It makes the screen lean a little forward. At first I thought they were attached backwards, but they were not. There is only one way to attach them. It really is a minor issue that goes away if you are able to mount to the wall, so I would highly recommend this TV.
