    I purchased a 5 yr warranty when i bought my 1st TV. I was watching it one moment the next it stopped working. BB exchanged my TV broght it out to me and took the old one off my hands

    Love this tv, picture is very clear, remote works well. Sound is also good, I've noticed a big difference in this new one compared to the older tvs. I'D RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.

    Good overall experience, plenty of inputs, very easy to navigate via the onboard interface. My only complaint is that the backlight is too bright and causes a halo effect at times but honestly I paid $75 for this on sale so am not going to hold it against them.

    The price point on this tv was amazing! We purchased to use the USB feature to run a looping video at a business conference. All was exactly as expected. Good picture for the $$. Customer service was superior at the Kokomo Indiana store.

    Good price for a simple smart tv to use at my camper outside. I have a cover for it. works well in daylight under the awning. It easily connects to bluetooth speaker so can hear well even outside.
