Not So Wonderful

The screen ratio still is not correct--originally the screen image used only 2/3 of the screen; reset, it stretches out the image so I cannot read the guide, etc. Also, need the tv remote to turn on and set volume, but must use the cable remote to change channels. Clarity of screen image is pretty good.
